I love this bag. I love this brand in general, so trendy and cute. I was excited to get this and it looks so perfect. My only complaint is that the side pockets are too small to fit any water bottle, but I can fit a bottle inside, so it’s not a dealbreaker. I also cannot figure out how to convert the straps into a single long strap to wear crossbody-style like what is displayed in the images of this bag online... But the two shorter straps work well enough to keep it as a shoulder bag.

I LOVE this tote! It's so cute and functional as an everyday bag. I wanted something different and more casual for running errands so I thought I would give this brand a try. I'm glad I did. This tote is a perfect, smaller size and the handle length is just right. It has a nice sturdy feel (it doesn't collapse on its own when empty), and it has multiple handy interior and exterior pockets (you can carry a water bottle in the side pocket). Plus the overall design is fun and unique. I played it safe and ordered it in black and it works great for me. Highly recommend.

This bag is more of a purse than I expected as the straps aren’t adjustable enough for it to be a cross body bag. Probably should have investigated it more. Color is cute, bag is cute but too feminine for my teen.

Works as a shoulder bag for me with good features as described. It has pockets, but I like to organize my contents with my Fjallraven large gear pack that fits nicely in in the tote. Purchased graphite, fog, and clay for a seasonal changeover.

Good Choice for Me! Fit, size, and weight are just as expected. Material seems to be durable enough and weather-friendly year-round. Purchased the color clay (true brown) and considering another basic color.

I love this bag. Tried the Kanken backpacks and didn’t like the coverage over the zipper. Too hard to deal with. This is perfect. Zipper is easy.

The straps were much to short to carry comfortably on the shoulder as a tote and impossible for me as a backpack.

Very cute tote! Need a break from crossbody style. Love the material, pockets and everything about it. Perfect size for daily use.

I bought this bag as a gift for my niece for her 1st year in college. She is a petite lady, and the size fits her perfectly. I was surprised the bag is very spacious, it fits her iPad and one big book for class. Our favorite feature are the straps that can be worn in 3 ways.

I recently purchased this bag, and overall, I'm quite satisfied with it. The size is excellent and can hold a surprising amount of items, making it perfect for daily use or travel. However, I found the outer side pockets to be a bit of a letdown. They are too tight to hold anything substantial, which limits their functionality. Additionally, there's no place to clip items on the outside of the bag, which would have been a nice feature for added convenience. I bought the pink color, and it looks quite different from the online photos. It appears as a pale pink in the pictures, but in person, it's a much hotter pink. Despite these minor issues, it's still a sturdy and reliable bag that serves its primary purpose well.

Cute mini totepack. Great idea, but not very functional if it does not fit my small water bottles. It only gets 3 stars because I honestly bought it to fit two of hydroflask bottles (12oz and 24oz) bottles for my daily. They won't fit unless you remove the "boot" of the water bottle and fight it to fit inside. My Stanley bottle (20oz) does not even fit half way. However my Hint plastic bottle and a mini umbrella fit okay. I did not want the full size tote. I guess this is how I learn my lesson.

I don't write a lot of reviews but I love this bag so it deserves one. It's a great size for almost everything: music festivals, airplane "personal item", a day at the beach, urban exploring, etc. I can even fit my 13" Macbook inside-- it's a tight fit but it does zip closed. The only things that would bring it up to 5 stars are 1. more loops to clip things onto, especially inside the bag; 2. (Common complaint) Bigger side pockets; 3. Some way to tuck the 2nd strap away when it's in "backpack mode".

I loved the size of this bag as a daily bag, but it gets 3 stars overall because the color is actually more of a yellow-brown, as opposed to the bright yellow seen on Zappos. If you want to see a closer approximation to the real color, look for this item on the Fjallraven website. I’m returning this item in exchange for the “Korall” color, which is bright and lovely!

Would have been the perfect small backpack for travel since most are way too big and hang too low on my back. I'm 5'3" & 92 lbs. and I'd been looking for a long time. Wanted to love it, but the snaps on both straps popped off immediately as I tried to lengthen them slightly. Broke right out of the box. Hopefully this is not an ongoing problem because I ordered a replacement and I really want it to work.

Snap broke the first time I tried to unsnap it to lengthen the straps. Just as I was ready to begin my overseas trip. So very disappointed.
