I've been a loyal fan of ExOfficio underwear ever since my 2-year backpacking journey through Europe and Africa. The durability, comfort, and quick-drying nature of their original product made it a staple in my travel gear, proving its worth even years later. However, my recent purchase of 8 more pairs for an upcoming Southeast Asia trip left me disappointed. The material has changed making them slightly rougher, and the sizing now runs on the smaller side. A word of advice: size up. In addition to the material and sizing changes, ExOfficio's decision to alter the elastic on the waistband and leg openings is a significant downside. The new design not only compromises the comfort that was once a hallmark of their underwear but also introduces an unwelcome issue of visible panty lines. It's disappointing to see these modifications detract from the overall quality and wearability that initially drew me to the brand. Unfortunately, I realized this after washing them, making returns impossible. Change isn't always an improvement, and it's disheartening to see a once-reliable product undergo alterations that impact its performance.

It appears that you've given up on providing the best option for me: 9" inseam. Waitthere's ONE pair available. In black. Sheesh. I'll pass.

I love how quick drying these panties are, and I believe they're built to last. However, my most recent purchase is sized differently than those I purchased several years ago - the new ones are loose in the leg openings so they ride up too easily and also end up with the waistband riding up above my slacks waist. The old ones are still going strong and I prefer their fit.

Size medium fit a bit looser than older pairs. The new materiel is fantastic, but I preferred the old fit.

I have purchased this type of underwear for a long time. This year they changed the elastic around the legs so that it is useless. Underwear rides up all the time.

I have ordered these for years and really love them. I have noticed that the bikini brief I ordered this time seem to be much larger than what I ordered before. I was afraid they would fall off but all is well.

The ExOfficio Womens Give n Go 2.0 Bikini brief fit runs larger than most large sizes and unable to wear. More expensive than what I usually spend but reviews show it is great for hot weather and travel. Was willing to try once.

Something changed... it seems like the fabric and elastic are more lightweight resulting in lower quality and a wedgie. My older pairs are so much better and I wear them more often. I bought 4 new pair, but they just don't fit the same.

These are nice but the fit is not the same as the ones that had the lace edging. This new style tends to give me a wedgy.

I love the fabric, they're so comfortable and light, clean well, dry quickly. I just wish the fit were better for my shape and the sizing more inclusive. I wear a size 8-10 pant and need an XL in these, and it is still not terribly flattering for my shape. I would love a hi-cut brief line for my longer torso.

The elastic around the leg openings isn't strong enough to keep the underwear in place, which makes them uncomfortable at times. My very old ExOfficio underwear are more comfortable.

I had high hopes for this bra. But all the material is from your armpits to about an inch past your nipple so if you have boobs at all and bend over you're falling out. I only wear a C cup so I'm not that big.

Crotch is too smooth for panty liners to adhere. Maybe will improve after several washings?

I have three pairs of older Exofficio undies (both regular and sport mesh) that I wore for EVERYTHING - mountain biking, hiking, skiing, kayaking, trail running, backcountry trips of any kind, traveling - and I love them to death. I've moved to a new town where I'm now recreating almost every day as compared to a few times a week, and just can't keep up with having enough clean undies, so I finally decided to bite the bullet and invest in more ExOfficio. But, as other reviewers have stated, I'm really disappointed in the new cuts and fits. The waist band in particular digs in and is very unflattering. I loved the old cut so much, of both the regular and sport mesh, that I would wear them as swimsuits when swimming in mountain lakes - but I would never want to wear these by themselves because they are that unflattering/uncomfy around the waist. I've also read that the legs ride up, and while I haven't used these for any activities yet, I can definitely see how that would happen. While the fabric is still light and breathable, I dislike the new fit across all styles so much I'm debating returning all five of the pairs I bought and continuing to make do with what I have.... I purchased the Sport Mesh Bikini Brief, Sport Mesh Hipster, and regular Bikini Brief.

They are ok, I miss the old style sport mesh brief. These have a narrower band around the legs and waist that aren't as durable or comfortable as the old or newer sports mesh briefs.

The fabric and sizing have changed. What was once XL is now Medium. The drip-dry fabric is still great for anyone traveling, except that now sanitary pads will not stick to it. Women should test products.

Quality has really declined. I just ordered a dozen pair of these panties. I do every year. Each year the quality appears to be a little less than it was previously. I have a few "old favorites" that are actually 8 years old - and look new. Most of last year's had to be tossed.

The material is very nice and does breath well, but these give me a permanent wedgie. This is a huge issue for me when hiking, so these will be reserved for sleeping and bike riding.
