I really liked these and hoped they would work, but the narrow is not wide enough. I usually take a D width in shoes and wides in Birkenstock. My fourth and little toes keep jamming against the edge even though I ordered a half-size bigger, and I know this will continue to be uncomfortable. So they are going back. Hope Birkenstock sees this. The Sonora which is a similar style also comes only in narrow. Disappointing!

They felt big and wide and clunky

Was too long in the toe area.

I so desperately would like to be able to wear these shoes. But the shoe materials are just too hard. Velcro straps just don’t fall right. I considered ordering one size down, but decided for the price I didn’t wanna take the chance of the second par not fitting either.

Not comfortable

They aren't as comfortable as Birkenstocks made from natural materials. I wouldn't buy them again.

Everything is typical Birk. I am finalizing a previous review. The straps are too scratchy. I’m returning. But thank you Zappos!!!

The footbed is not a traditional cork Birkenstock. It’s more shallow and the heel is it as secure. The straps are a little too long and can look sloppy unless they are carefully closed. This shoe has great style but the design need more work. It looks very durable but the sole is not as flexible.

I have a very narrow foot and these shoes were too wide for my foot. Footbed was also uncomfortable. I had to return the shoes.

This shoe was not what I expected at all from Birkenstock. It appeared to be cheaply made and did not feel comfortable on my foot. It was like wearing a flat piece of plastic that had no "give". Very disappointed.

Not good at all. Very disappointing for Birkenstock sandals.

I have other Birkenstock shoes that are women’s equivalent of a size 9 that fit perfectly. The footbed of this shoe is so large (length and width) that there was not a way to have my foot fit into the molded areas. There is no arch support regardless of where the foot lands in the shoe.

Idk what Birkenstock was thinking with this one. It's extremely stiff and clunky. It has no give. All the "arch support" was just a lump smack-dab in the center of the shoe instead of on the inner side like it's supposed to be. The outlines for the toes are an uncomfortable bit of raised plastic. Did they even have people test this design out before mass producing it?

I was not happy with the order they were used and had to send it back then I had to wait for Zappos to send a New pair back.

Just didn't fit right, I kept adjusting straps to no avail. Stiff and hard.

These will be returned because as usual the shoes are too wide. In my opinion, unless you know the brand, shoes that are marked narrow are an old fashioned B. B is now wide and Wide is now X-wide. Very frustrating. There are few brands that truly make a narrow shoe. It’s just wrong!
