Hard plastic, was uncomfortable

I love the style and the footbed, but I have a wide foot and they did not work for me at all. I got bleeding blisters at the base of my pinky toe joint on both feet.

These were true to size on me and the footbed had a lot of support, but the upper material was unforgiving and cut into the top of my toe at every step. I think the fact that they’re made from a single piece of material is a disadvantage because in order to have a firm enough sole, the strap is very stiff and if it doesn’t fit your foot exactly, it will cut in or rub. Didn’t work for me and is going back.

Fit great at home before I left for a day of travel in them. Even with socks on (left sub zero temps in Alaska to Hawaii) by that night I literally had a bloody big toe from the strap and pretty severe pain in that same foot that caused knee pain. These are not as forgiving a foot bed as a cork Birk. They aren’t soft like crocs. I am returning them. Worst shoe purchase in a long while.

I had high hopes for these given Birkenstock's popularity, but those hopes are gone after trying these. First issue: sizing. I'm normally a size 8, but the size 8 just felt too loose and they'd easily fall off. I tried a 7, but those were too tight. If you prefer to have slightly looser-fitting slides, get your regular size. But if you want a more snug feel, get a size smaller. Second issue: the material is way too stiff; there's barely any cushion so these get uncomfortable pretty quickly.

I have bunions. The shoe on the right did not allow my foot to go in due to my bunion. It was a good try....but didn't work.

They are cute but they cut my toes after walking 10 minutes

gave me horrible blisters above my big toe on both side, perfect fit, it is just the hard rubber material is not good for the top of the foot.

The material was stiff and build quality felt cheap.

I don't know why, but these shoes are incredibly narrow and short. I am not new to Birkenstock, not sure why these are so off in size.

Both shoes were two different sizes, which speaks to quality control. Both shoes had the same size label, but when comparing fit and length, on shoe was about ¼-½” shorter than the other.

Leave very bad blisters on my feet

Wow! What a let down. Expected much better from this maker.

I bought these for my son for summer around the pool. Purchased these 5 weeks ago and both shoes are broken where the top strap connects to the sole. We are a Birk fam and have been for 25 yrs and have never had an issue with quality. This makes me sad.

I’m a solid women’s 9 1/2. I ordered the 40. They feel sloppy on my feet and the contour in the sole doesn’t fit the shape of my feet at all. The length is good so changing sizes wouldn’t matter. I love Birks but this particular style doesn’t work for me at all.

The right shoe was too tight. It gave me a blister. I love Birkenstock and was heartbroken to have to return them.

My husband could barely get these on his feet. Way too tight and had to be returned. Regular leather birks fit normally.

Why too tight and was hoping these would work fit the pool.

Not as expected as a Birkenstock does.
