These are great shoes, has more oomph than a pair of sneakers. They're my winter everyday shoes, keeps my feet cozy and warm.

European sizing feels a bit roomy all over. But accepted my insoles nicely.

Keen has never let me down with fit and comfort. These are exactly what I expected!

Shoe feels very comfortable straight from the box. Breaking not necessary. True to size and width. Does not look very attractive but, i was looking more for comfort than design. After 8 h walking in it, my feet are all right. Works for me.

The fit and size are perfect as I wear hand knitted socks with my hiking and walking shoes. I have always had a good experience with these shoes from Keen.

These are a great alternative to the Presidio. I am very happy with these shoes, I wore right out of the box, no breaking in needed. The toe box is very ample, like the Presidio (not Presidio II). Toes don't hit shoe walking downhill. I use orthotics so I can't attest to the arch support but it appears to be adequate. I ordered these 1/2 size up to accommodate for my inserts, which is normal, and it works fine. Only one issue - that is, other reviewers state the heel is wide. It is true, the heel on this shoe is not snug like the Presidio. My heels are slightly narrow, however. I find that once I've started walking, I don't notice this slight looseness because my feet get hot and the slight swelling seems to resolve it. If it ever does not, I will find a heel insert to add, because these shoes are just too good to give up. I wore on a trip where it was quite hot, 90*, went on long hikes / walks, and had NO discomfort, though they were new at the time. The material provides more air circulation than the Presidio, which is also good. And I find them less goofy or clutsy looking. The "grey" is indeed a dark charcoal grey, but not black. The flat, thin laces STAY LACED, no double knots needed. I'm very pleased with this purchase, and with Zappos for the credit discount I earned!

I love these shoes!!! For all the walking I do as a delivery associate they are perfect!! Truly waterproof! They are great for all the different types of terrain also.

I got the shoes for walking they are comfortable with sturdy support over rough ground.
