maybe a little too breathable for everyday use, but very nice and airy as sportswear should be.

This is my second purchase of these. The first served me well for years of use, hiking, backpacking, snowshoeing, X-country skiing, as well as daily wear. When the time came to replace the old ones, I ordered these without a second thought. In a few years I expect to order more to replace these.

These are my favorite! I love the leg length, the front pouch and the comfortable fabric. I have another pair on order and will eventually replace my old shorter length boxer briefs with these.

These are awesome! I literally bought 3 pairs after trying the one.

The ONLY drawers in my drawers. Seriously, I've tried others that are similar and these just last forever. I have pairs that are 8 years old. They are still going strong.

I really enjoy the 9" boxer brief,the length and fabric remind me of bicycling shorts from my younger years and lighter days.I am on a drastic lifestyle change to reach those times once more.They are so comfortable and dry quickly in humid conditions.I am a recently active man and recommend these to those who also are,you won't be disappointed in their ability and craftsmanship.

Great for running, cycling, backpacking, outdoors. I am typically a large but bought size medium as I heard they run a bit big. I wanted a firm fit that would eliminate any chance for chaffing. Would recommend these briefs and would purchase again.

My husband loves these. He loves the athletic type material underwear, once he tried them, he's never gone back. They're super breathable and comfortable. He works outside so he definitely needs to keep cool. I would definitely recommend these.

This is mainly for active use. It's just OK for leisure. It might have been better to get one size up for leisure. But I am rating 5 stars for active use-- working, working out, running, cycling, traveling, hiking, and the accompanying sweating.

Super comfortable light feeling fabric and love the long inseam. Comfortable for both work and exercise. I wear them running, biking and hiking.

Bought this as a gift for my partner. He only wears exofficios because they fit well and the material is so breathe-able. Great product!

My legs chafe against each other and these never inch up my legs to allow that during any activity (hiking/sprints/backpacking). They are very effective at containment and support and manage to still be the most comfortable I've ever worn. I will slowly be replacing all of my underwear with these. Worth the price.

Really comfortable, long enough they don't roll up.

I know these are for long hikes and activities, but I have a pair for everyday of the week. I can't wear anything else. Sitting in my office, long hikes or a weekend camping trip, these are supporting my bits.

More breathable than some earlier fabrics used & the legs seem to stay in place better, too, which is exactly what I was hoping for in going to the 2.0 & downsizing to XL from 20 pairs of 2XL. Been wearing ExOfficio 9" SportMesh boxer briefs since 2016 & these are the best incarnation yet.

Bought these for wet wading. Still too cold for wet wading in the upper midwest. I thought I would try them with a pair of jeans. I was afraid they would be too tight for me but I couldn't believe how comfortable they are. They are snug but not at all constricting. No creeping, twisting, or restriction. You almost forget you are wearing them. Look forward to testing them in the water.

I've had some high end underwear that I though were comfortable and never understood the hype behind Ex Officio until I recently got a pair and wow! All the other underwear I have feel awful compared to these. Well worth the price.

I first obtained Ex Officio underwear when attending the 2010 Outdoor Retailer show in Salt Lake City. The Ex Officio booth was giving away underwear to avoid having to transport it home. The underwear I was given was said to be good for wearing for seven weeks, a memorable claim. It became my favorite underwear and I still have it although it is showing signs of age. Since 2010 I started to buy the 9 inch Give-N-Gop boxers to supplement the original OR-obtained underwear and now they are my preferred underwear because they are comfortable in all circumstances and prevent chafing.
