I wanted to love these boots. Out of the box, they're beautiful, comfy, and go with everything I own. Unfortunately, after only a month of wearing them, they began to break down completely! The heel bed broke off and, what do you know, the heel is completely plastic! I expect that from more affordable brands, but these boots were $200! Furthermore, I bought these because they're advertised as weatherproof. I wore them out in the slightest rain and my toes got wet. Very disappointed. I'm going to be contacting Zappos to see what to do.

I'm only returning these because I do not need them. I bought them for a trip that got canceled. These fit perfectly and comfortably. I would keep them but I do not need another pair of boots. I will definitely favorite them and this brand for the future.

These are nice looking booties, but turned out be a little flashy for may taste, so I'm sending them back. They seem comfortable (I only wore them around the house) and were true to size. They are furry inside which is nice for winter. I just wasn't into the shiny heel and small strip of patent leather at the top.
