I wear a size 10.5, although they were a .5 size too large

Love the shoes! They are light in weight, the colors are not gaudy but cool, however the laces are not sturdy. They wore out after 8 to 12 weeks at the point where they make contact with the lace lock. Zappos sent me replacement straight laces after I called to ask about it. It’s been about a year and now I need to replace those. I’d give the shoes five stars in the laces two stars. I have EEE wide feet. Nothing I have found from Zappos fits correctly. I bought a pair of shoe stretchers to accommodate the problem.

The heal is thin and there is a stiff piece in the middle that rubs you all day, not in a good way

I've been wearing this same shoe for years, at least 8 pairs. Now they're all of a sudden made smaller for some reason. Very disappointing. I still like the Keen brand, I went from the Atlanta to the Detroit.

These shoes are not made as wide as they used to be.

Great at protecting my feet, not just my toes. I work at an Amazon Delivery Station (warehouse), and the tougher sides help to prevent any injuries from carts. Poor design of the shoelace. One of the lace clips wasn't strong enough, so my shoelace kept coming loose. It's better to just tie my laces in the traditional style. My shoelaces also were worn away after about 4 months, due to the design of the lace-holding ribbons. Although, this could be because I had to overtighten my laces because my shoes were sizes 0.5 larger than my feet. Soles were worn out and had holes at the big toe positions after about 6 months of 8 hrs a day, 5 days a week, of hard work. Though, I don't know if this is normal.

My husband didn't like the pull laces, they felt weak

These shoes were to replace similar Keen Utility I bought about 18 months ago but no longer offer. The uppers are loose and thin. The laces have a slide lock. When added together, you have a shoe you can't tighten on your foot. Just walking around for 5 minutes caused the laces to loosen further. Who would put together a steel toed work shoe with lacing for a little kid's sneaker?

Drawstring does not stay in place, trippping hazard.

Shoes are way too loose

Felt loose all around my foot and begin to hurt my feet after a couple of hours of wearing the shoes. They Fell apart after almost 10 months of using them on regular concrete and ground. no hiking . no running.

Size was smaller than other brands. I'll need to return them.
