I have several pairs of Keen Utility shoes / boots. They all exceed my expectations, fit true-to-size, are hardy and rugged. The only reason I marked 4 vs. 5 stars is that the top lace eyelet broken on the last pair of my Keen Utility Flint II (Soft Toe) shoes while just mowing the lawn - and after only the 3rd time I had worn them. Reading reviews on other models of Keens with some having eyelet problems, the reason I purchased these is that all but the top eyelets are actual leather. The top eyelet is a band of what appears to be ballistic nylon. But this one side broken "inside" the leather. As always, Zappos came to the rescue and not only provided a return-free shipping label and even sent a replacement pair out overnight! Way to go Zappos. (FYI - on the new pair, I swabbed Gorrilla Glue epoxy over the ballistic nylon bands on both sides, both pairs.) I would buy again.

The material fells great, the size was right. I'm 9.5 and I ordered 9.5. feels incredibly comfortable for working shoes, it's like wearing sneakers. I am very pleased so far, the material fells nice. I was using them as a delivery Driver. Constant in and out of the vehicle, walking and running like a normal day delivering for Amazon (crazy pace). I would use this shoes for working on a concrete floor. They are very flexible, normal for a soft toe protection. I do recommend this shoes, no the best looking pair of shoes but I like them for work. Not to go out on a date. Rebook shoes are probably more comfortable but I don't think they are durable the same.

Shoe looks and feels great! Much more comfortable to wear than my previous work shoe. Very well built and looks professional grade. Delivered on time! Extremely happy with my purchase!

Wish I would have bout my true size, but reviews often mentioned they came small and to order a half size larger. They fit okay, but wish I’d have not ordered up. Comfort has been excellent.

The shoes fit very well. Minimal break in time. I’m getting over 10,000 steps my first 3 days and I’m happy for the purchase!

Sturdy, but comfortable. I work 10 hour shifts on my feet ALL Day and these shoes helped my feet and legs hang in there and finish strong.

Seemed to take a little longer than I’m used to for the break in period. But once they were broke in they are great.

I am about to make my 2nd purchase of this shoe. They exceeded my expectations in all aspects, style, comfort, durability, etc. I chose this shoe because i was looking for a lightweight, low cut, attractive shoe that was more durable, rugged and waterproof than other 'sneaker like' shoes, but slightly less 'workboot like' than most high cut shoes. These shoes fit the bill perfectly and have held up way better than i ever expected, especially considering i have worn them everyday for work and beyond.

This is my second pair of the Keen utility shoes. Size tag worn out of old shoes, I wear 10.5 or 11 depending on build of shoe. Took a guess at 11 and worked great for me. I wear these shoes everyday working inside and out and they hold up well. I usually wear out shoes from inside out but the tread gone from old pair and inside still in great shape and still fit well. If they don't cheap out on the construction of these shoes, they will be my forever go to. My go to shoes used to be Merrell but they changed/cheaper construction won't buy them again.

The fit was spot on out of the box - very comfortable-was really not expecting that because they do look a little “different” but keen has a good rep so I gave them a shot - wore them all day several days so far and absolutely no complaints- I deliver packages and these shoes handled the job perfectly - great fit and very comfortable standing walking driving all day

These fit awesome, nice and snug where they need to be. These offer excellent arch support. It's like it puts an extra spring in your step. I got these for work shoes and they have turned into my everyday shoes period. I have a very active job that requires lots of getting around all kinds of terrains and weather conditions. These perform awesome across the board.

Great shoe, even though the upper has a multip-piece style they're still very waterproof. I wouldn't suggest submerging them, but after bounding through puddles or walking in downpours my socks stay powder dry.
