I have tried sooooo many sandals and honestly I am surprised Zappos still likes me. These are as close to the best I think I am going to find. Love the style the most. They are a little wider than I would have liked but overall I think I am going to keep. I did put a little cushion in the top of the shoe insert just to fill the gap a bit. Not nessesary but I had them and it made it a bit snugger. Overall I love them!

I love the look of these shoes, and they would go with so many things. Unfortunately, the front opening is too tight on my toes. My daughter wears the same size as I do, and she had the same issue with this shoe. Really wish they had worked for me. Darn!

I don't know why birks only come in narrow. Do they not know that many people have larger feet/wide feet?

I wear a 39 narrow and these fit perfectly. More importantly I have a Morton's neuroma in my right foot and have not been able to wear heels for more than a year without pain. These work. I'm amazed! So incredibly comfortable and pretty cute as well.

I usually always trust Birkenstock. These were cut too tight around the toes. They cut and blistered my big toes. I already wore them so can’t sent them back. I am hoping they stretch!!

I love these. I was worried with some reviewers saying they were narrow. They are perfect. I do not have a narrow foot, if anything it's a little wide, and these feet just fine. The first day I wore them I did get some hot spots on my big toes but the second time they were broken in and no issues. They are my new favorite shoes.

These shoes are for those who have back and feet problems: Excellent arch support provides an immediate alignment for your back, and supports while you walk. They could be prettier though, the upper material is too thick and the colors it comes in are limited.

These were my first time trying Birkenstock sandals, and I was curious to see if a size 36 would work for my size 5 feet. Unfortunately the leather was really stiff and would need serious breaking in. Also they were just too big on me. So sad to have to send them back, they were really cute and well made. Not sure why they're listed as narrow, they fit my medium width perfectly

I also think these sandals don't have enough room for your toes and are too wide over the vamp. There is no elastic/give just a wide piece of leather to hold your feet in - it did not feel comfortable to walk around the house. The rivets look like an afterthought - too small in my opinion. Overall these sandals are not attractive looking to me at all.

Beautiful wedge with easy to walk wide base. It is thick quality leather and It is currently stiff at the toes edge. But reading reading the review it does soften to comfortable level with wear .

Loved these shoes.. looked great fit great.. however I have a healed broken bone in the toe of my foot and could not wear them.. SO SAD!!

Super high arch. Break in necessary. Had to wear only few hours a day for long time or serious pain on arch. Top Was too tight in beginning and rubbed callous on top of big toes. Now a little loose after 6 mo. So maybe I would repurchase? after the breakin they are good, conforming to the food bed nicely. Love the look for a orthepedic

These shoes are so cute with great arch support, which is why I purchased them; however, the leather across the big toe seems like it will be incredibly hard to break-in. I’m sure it can be done, but I’m on my feet all day at work, and I cannot risk the blisters that I suspect will come during the break-in period. For that reason, I sadly have to return mine.

I am a true US 6.5, but for these I sized down to a 36, rather than up to a 37 as I often do for European sizes. As others have noted, the leather on the Namica Rivets is stiff, with some rubbing at the toes, but the footbed has great arch support, and for slides, these shoes stay securely on the feet. I hope the rubbing will improve with time. If that would bother you, try the Namica model. The leather on it seems more supple. I decided to keep these because the color I wanted is only available in the Namica Rivets.

Fit around toes is a little tight and rigid; I could tell there would be blisters with a quickness. Also, hard to see in the photo but these have rows of goldtone studs.

cute shoe, but the top cuts into my toe. too expensive to be that uncomfortable!!!
