I loved the look of these shoes. They ran a full size big on me, so I immediately ordered a size down and received them super fast (which is why I shop at Zappos). The next size down fit me perfectly, but the tops of the heels felt very stiff and dug in when I walked. They would probably break in after awhile, but I didn’t feel like risking it. Unfortunately I’ll be returning. Cute shoes though!!

Comfy from day 1. Love these shoes!

Really like these. I debated between a 6 and a 7. I'm normally a 6.5 and I finally went with the 6. Cute style, lots of compliments. Different from my usual Vans & I really like them

The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5: I love Gola sneakers and I own a few. I know that it runs a full size larger on me. I usually wear a 7 1/2 - 8 and I usually get a 7 Gola shoe. The 7 on this particular shoe ran long, like it's a narrow shoe (I checked, it's a medium width, as usual). I own other Gola styles and they all fit perfectly. It could be inconsistent sizing on Gola's part or this style may run long and narrow. I wound up not returning, I just put in insoles, but they do look slightly long and narrow on, compared to my other Gola shoes. I don't need any arch support, so these are very comfortable on, though I think others who need more arch support may not find it as comfortable.

I wear an 8.5 in some shoes, but mostly a 9. I purchased these in a 9 and they were a full size too large. Otherwise, the style was nice and they were cushy inside.

I wear both the Gola Tennis and Coaster II (the regular suede) shoes and love them. Since the first Gola shoe that I purchased, I know to order a full size smaller than my usual size. I did the same with these but they are too long but also very narrow. I have 4 other pairs and none fit like this one did. Even the first pair that I purchased, which is a full size larger, fits nicely with an insole. The lip also bunches up in a not very attractive way, where the laces begin so it's very difficult to put these shoes on. Not sure if this was just a consistency issue with the shoe itself or if it's the style. I even double checked to see if I may have accidentally ordered a narrow. The wine suede was very nice though. The 2 stars is for the color.

These are cute, but I have made a resolution to find sneakers that are both cute and good for my feet. These are similar to Converse in that it is a flat piece of canvas inside; no support whatsoever. I ended up paying about $30 more for a pair from Earth that I think are equally cute and will be good for long walks and/or working at my standing desk.

Uncomfortable. The fabric around ankles is not padded so it rubbed against my ankles just walking short distance around the room. They’re cut too deep.
