I work as a bike mechanic and love the versatility of Vans. My all time favorite is the original AVE pro shoe. I've got quite a few pairs of Gilbert Crockett Pro (1 & 2) and those tend to fit me well straight out of the box. Pop Cush soles give me enough support to walk and stand around for 8 hour days, plus act like a bike shoe when I need to pop out for a quick test ride. I loved the look of these BMX Old Skools and was stoked to get them. However, these puppies were really darn stiff out of the box and with too thick of a sock they almost cut off circulation on top of my foot, right before the toes. Pretty painful the first couple of wears. I ended up sticking with them and switched to a thinner sock, and after maybe 5-10 wears they are feeling much softer and more pliable. I also like the added rubber cap on the instep as that tends to be a hot spot for wear on bike shoes. I'd definitely buy again, but would caution others to make sure you have the right shoe for your foot, and wear a thinner sock with these as they run tight.

I love these they are great bought two different pairs. Unfortunately one on the tongues isn't sewn on right so it just sits on the side of my foot.

I really like the look of the show overall. It's a bit tough to get your foot in but I'm sure with time that will be less of a problem. Mostly like the Vans name

Classic vans style a little updated but still solid as usual. The inner side of the shoe has protection from pedals which is nice. Would recommend

They look amazing, but my heel kinda slips up and down when I walk and rubs against the back of the shoe. Not sure if it's because the shoes are just too new and haven't broke in yet. When I wear old school classics I don't have this issue so idk.

Don't get me wrong these shoes are very comfortable they look very nice and are combined very nicely but the price is a bit too steep even for just shoes

Bought them for my 11 yr old son. He hasn't worn them yet but he likes the pop cush.

I liked the look of the black and white shoe. After wearing a couple times, the white suede is leaving marks on toe and sole. Very disappointed.

I normally wear an 11 in classics but these in an 11 are like a 1/4size too small I recommend getting a half size bigger than normal for this type

To be honest these are my very first set of Vans. I thought I needed to just break them in more but they still squeeze my toes too much. They fit ok.

Bought the bmx old school the week before Christmas 2022. Worn about 6 times and noticed the rubber sole at the toe is coming unglued. I love the shoes, but very Disappointing how they are coming apart already

I guess I just thought they were cuter online than in person. I still like them, don't get me wrong!

The love the look of these Van's; they are my favorite visually, and I own over 6 pairs currently. Comfort-wise, I do not like the fit. They are really snug on the toes. I will be returning them ASAP. But they are very pretty. I hate that they don't fit.

Love the look, but they didn't quite fit. I use arch supports in my shoes and they caused my heels to slide in/out when I walk.in these.

I tend to fit most vans okay but these are very narrow on the sides of my feet. The heel drop is also bad and makes my feet hurt after an hour or so

I love the way these look but something about the stitching on the top just below the lace's kills the top of my foot. I can barely wear them. They seem pretty wide and everything else is comfy but that one part. Tried wearing them all day to break them in but it just made it worse. I'm super disappointed.
