The sandals are beautiful and very comfortable but I found them a bit too loose. Faulty design - skimpy with the velcro, If they had more velcro they could have been adjusted to to right size. Also when I was walking, the straps opened up by themselves.

I love the look and comfort of this sandal. Tons of arch support. But please ask yourself before buying: do you want a sandal that will spontaneously fall off? I seriously love everything about this sandal besides the fact that the only thing securing it is a small piece of Velcro, no loop for added security. They are inconvenient to put on, two floppy straps you have to line up and can never get it right the first time.

The other reviews are correct. The straps stick out the back like wings. These also look pretty clunky on.

These sandals are so bad! I almost want to cry about it. They could not handle my daily woods walk, which is hardly rugged. And, as a result of that walk the straps are too stretched out for these sandals to be any good for city walks. I've had them for five days and they're already useless. This is incredibly disappointing. And, it's another hard lesson to just go pay the extra money for a brand name that I know will stand up for longer than a week, and be able to handle my mediocre outdoor lifestyle.

The straps are the main problem with this sandal. A huge gap between foot and strap, no way to tighten and to loose to walk in. The velcro closer is very cheap and does not stay fastened. I should have sent these shoes back before I disposed of the box. I'm a Merrell hiking boot fan, but these sandals were a big disappointment. Do not waste your money as they are overpriced, as well as low quality and poor fit.

I don't have overly wide or large feet, but the size 9's I bought fit well lengthwise, but hang off very loosely when I lift my feet off the ground. When I tighten the velcro as much as possible to compensate, it sort of pushes my foot forward in the sandal so my toes poke out and my heels are too far forward (if that makes any sense lol). The toe strap is super loose, in particular. I was thinking of actually shortening the side straps myself by cutting them and re-sewing, as they're quite comfortable and cute, but I don't want to trip over my own feet!

Unfortunately I had to send these back. The length was right... I generally take a 10.5 in Merrell, and ordered a 10. There is only one place you can make adjustments tho, and that is the little bit of velcro closure at the back. Too bad, they are really cute, but I was swimming in them.

Wish I read the reviews before purchasing these! Like other reviewers they fit large and the Velcro strap closure is poor. Too bad because the sandals look great. (Hiking shoes and winter slips purchased in same order both fit perfectly.)

Nice quality, but I had to return all three sandal styles I had ordered because the straps over and around the toes were too loose and not adjustable Sizing down the footbed would be too short.

I was very disappointed in these sandals. They run very big and only have one spot to adjust the straps, but that won't help hold your foot in place. I sent them back and am still waiting for a refund.
