These keep my feet warm in the New England winter.

It's so comfortable

Very nice functional shoes. They don't make a fashion statement, but that's not why I got them. I was looking for a waterproof, durable hiking boots to walk/work with my dogs. I did appreciate color selections - most hiking boots are brown (not my fav color), so I got navy blue with light blue accents on the inside. Very nice and look great with jeans. They are very comfy and breathable (which was not quite the case with my previous (brown) boots. Overall, very good buy (with holiday promo).

Wear for warmth in cold weather. Wear in snow for better grip. Love the comfortable cushioning.

This are good everyday boots for outdoor work, Comfotable and they give secure footing in rough terrain.

Solid construction, good support, excellent tread, warm, well padded at the ankle, very light weight. Nice looking too. The only negative is the lacing system which is a bit fussy since the hardware is closed. It's difficult to get a firm tie at the top but on the plus side, the closed hardware keeps the laces in place.

Rated 4 as I'm in winter so no hiking yet. Construction is great, comfy on feet

I really liked these shoes but they are too heavy (not weight of shoe) to wear for everyday use. I know they said a hiking shoe but didn't expect the bulkiness of the shoe.

I ordered 2 different pair for work. I have bad knees and stand on concrete 14 hours a day. The shoes have great support and look cute but ouch my toes with my winter socks. Will try in the summer.

For camping

I haven't gone hiking yet since it's still very cold outside but I have worn these to work and out casually. They are very well insulated. They don't overheat my feet but keep them very warm and comfortable. I don't care for the stiffness of the outside though, hence the 4 stars. It makes it little stiff walking so I'll wear these for a while before doing any actual hiking.

I love Skechers but these Trego Alpine Trail are not comfortable. They are a heavier boot and are stiff. I have a narrow foot and these are relaxed fit which are too wide for me. I will return them.

I've trying to break them in. But the whole purpose is for hiking. Haven't had a chance to use them for their true purpose. So far so good. We shall see.

It's a great shoe, very comfortable. It fits well and looks great.

They're great for hiking like advertised

I wanted hi top shoes because I need support for my ankle I broke In November. These fit well but I can't walk long distances in them. They hurt my feet.
