My experience with crocs sandals was ok except they run very small. I had to return them.

The shoes are tight.

These are not soft like the Croslite foot pad. Every time I wear them my feet hurt. Stylish, but not comfortable.

I have several pairs of crocs flats and like them for rainy days. This was my first pair of Crocs sandals. Coincidentally I live part time in Tulum Mexico so thought it would be cute to have a sandal named for the place where my vacation property is located (many streets in Tulum are not paved and only dirt so the rainy days you are walking around in MUD therefore a washable shoe is a must). Unfortunately because these are so flexible by design the front edge can bend quite easily. I was walking on a sidewalk and the front edge by the big toe bent back/down and sent me flying flat on to my face into the sidewalk. I had a bruised and bloody toe and knees, hands and face. My jaw was dislocated and I have 3 damaged front upper teeth, scarred chin and upper lip. I wanted to love these sandals for everyday wear but sadly I can't take the chance of having another big (expensive) slip, trip and fall.

The straps aren't wide enough

Too long, too narrow. Cant return (at first, no return button, then no followup response from request for help from customer service

This is not a well made shoe. The bottom of the shoes and straps do not align well to make sure you are stepping on the shoe versus the ground.

I needed to exchange for larger size at store.

These are so uncomfortable! I'm afraid I'm going to trip over the flimsy front while walking I these. They have very little support. These will be returned.

If you had no stars, I would use that. They are way too large in the strap. I guess I'll have to make more holes for the buckle. Not happy
