This purchase was highly disappointing. I received it today and it does not appear to be authentic. Leather feels cheap not lambskin at all, the links seem to be going in all sorts of directions and the bag had no tags or any thing on it. How is this? Its just unacceptable and I will definitely be returning it for a full refund. It came in the box placed in a plastic bag no wrapping paper or covering on it. I couldn’t believe it! Im just not happy about this purchase at all. If i could choose no stars i would. Sincerely, A concerned consumer

I love this Tory Burch bag. It’s a perfect size. It looks really big on the mannequin, but it is the right proportion. I agree with the other reviewer who said it came folded in a spot. I’m hoping that crease disappears over time (it’s on the back side). I bought the taupe and the sale price of $350 was great. Zappos needs to use a larger box for this purse not the standard shoe size outer box for shipping. The leather is soft and I love the look of the straps. Beautiful purse. Shipping is not a day or two like it used to be, more like 6 days. (I know Covid is to blame for slower shipping).

I love this bag and may own it in black, too!! It's just the right size, not too heavy (always a plus), and I was luck enough to buy it when it was on sale. Wearing this bag just makes me feel a bit more special :).

Just received. Am waiting until the spring to use. It sooo soft and beautiful leather. Will have to be careful to keep it pristine but really lovely!

I ordered this bag in the Classic Taupe color, and while I wanted to love it, it ended up being way darker than I had anticipated. In photos it looks like sort of a warm soft brown, but in person it leaned more towards a chocolate pudding color. I was hoping for it to be an easy, neutral bag for summer but honestly, it was just too dark--might be better for fall or winter. The bag is also pretty big, maybe even bigger than it looks in pictures, so you should be able to fit a lot in it. The only other potential qualm is that I have another Tory bag in lambskin--the Fleming Convertible Shoulder Bag--and the leather on it is quite delicate. I actually put a small scratch on it taking it out of the dust bag for the first time, and I don't even have long nails (they're short and rounded). I can't say whether the leather on the Kira styles will be as fragile as on the Flemings, but I do think it is a possible issue to watch out for.
