I love the Croc Classic Flip I have worn them for years. I ordered two pairthey arrived in good shape and in a timely fashion! HOWEVER, one pair was the WRONG SIZE. I am currently trying to return and exchange for the correct size. I ordered two size "7"'s and I got one size 7 AND a larger size!
I plan on ordering two more in a different color but don't want the same mistake! Any suggestions?

I didn't get what I thought I was ordering. I have several pair of croc flips...but these were not the same thing I was wanting. The ones I wanted...the thong between the toe is made into the shoe. These...they are not. I guess I didn't know what I was ordering. These hurt my feet a bit...and the others do not. I would rather have the other ones...but oh well.

I am a long time CROC flip-flop owner/wearer- I recently bought this pair to replace a pair I literally wore out. I was very disappointed in the reduced size and skimpy quality of this particular flip flop. I am keeping them in hopes that they stretch a bit , but they are definitely not as good as they used to be.

I wear a size 6 and have 2 other pair of these. This time the size 6 was larger than I am used to. Have you changed your sizing?

Fit was okay but I couldn't keep them on my feet when I walked. The footbed was so slippery my foot would slide around in them. I was really looking forward to these but I returned them.

At first I thought these flip flops were the greatest thing in the world. I told my husband he had to have a pair.
After two days I had terrible blisters in two spots on both feet. I was so bummed out because the bottom of my feet really loved them.

Crocs has these made like the .99 cheap flip flops with a plug that goes through the bottom. I don’t expect them to last much longer than the Dollar Store ones do. Sad that crocs has not maintained a higher standard.

THought these were the same crocs purchased a few years ago but not so. Much lower arch support . I need high arch support . Whole foot pad is much flatter and not shaped nicely like last pair. Could have bought these at a discount store for much less.

I thought I would be very happy with these flips when I first received them. They fit well, were comfortable, and seemed to be very sturdy. I WAS happy until they shrunk a whole size when I left them poolside, in the sun, while I swam, rendering them useless. Now what? I am hoping for a full replacement and for the company to warn future purchasers NOT to leave these sandals in the sun. They shrink!

Toe thong was uncomfortable for me. I think width is normal wide, but my feet are extra wide so my little toe fell off edge a bit. They are cute but not as comfortable for me as classic Crocs.

The foot strap at the toe (between the big toe and second toe) isn't blended or contoured as it is on the "Swift water" model, so it rubbed the skin raw on top of both the big and second toes. Looks like a design defect. Not Good. Other than that, believe I received value for my money, but wouldn't buy them again.

I have had multiple pairs of Crocs flips. They don’t last a whole long time with daily wear and usually the toe post breaks and I need to repurchase prior to the next summer. This time; however, I ordered two pairs, one for me and one for my husband. Neither pair has consistent sizing. One pair had one flip quite a bit wider, and the other pair, same size, was a whole half size smaller. I guess they are pretty inexpensive so I get what I pay for. They are comfortable, but the sizing issues are super frustrating. Thankfully Zappos is the BEST at customer service!

I was replacing a pair of Crocs flip flops that I'd had for years and lovedto the point of the soles being worn smooth. The new ones are fine but the sole is now made like all other flip flops. The old ones were all one piece and you couldn't see where the top connector was pushed through.
