They shrunk on my foot while I hiked. I did not know they were so heat sensitive!!

Fit is too tight. I purchased one size larger than I normally wear and it is still too tight.

This is a stiff, slightly more slippery material, not the same product as the original Crocs (even through I clicked through from my previous order -- they are selling a differently-manufactured item under the same product number). It is not as cushiony. I used to count on the basic Croc as my go-to for walking on hard tile floors. The reduced cushioning in the new material means this doesn't work for me. Have to find a new brand.

The strap on the back of the Croc broke within 30 days of purchase.

Same fit as the old version of this product (ordered off the same product number) but far less cushiony. I was trying to replace my old crocs that had gotten compacted with use (normal), but the brand new replacements are harder and less cushioning than the ancient, worn-down model in the previous materials.

The straps broke after just a month. They were only worn for 1/2 an hour, twice a day to walk my dog.

These are poorly designed. My son has gone through 3 pairs of these and we gave up on exchanging the 3rd pair. The strap breaks off within days of wearing them.

Seems to run short. But could be that for a "low volume" foot (minimal instep, plantar arch normal) these aren't tight enough to keep foot from slipping forward. However, I can wear regular clogs with no issue. Combo of sizing and being a little on the voluminous side.

Same size as all my other crocs and somehow they fit like they're 2 sizes smaller

The graphics are what these Crocs are all about. I wear mine inside the house, mostly, but sometimes venture outside, or will wear them out in public.
I've only worn these inside a few times, and it's like the paint is pealing off. Every minor scuff leaves a black area, void of color. I'm throwing them away, because this will just get worse anytime I bump into something. Worst Crocs I've ever purchased. Garbage!

First time wearing them, heel strap came apart. Not very happy with the All-Terrain Clogs.

My husband was happy with these for the first two times he wore them, but shortly after, the back strap completely broke, unable to be fixed. We've been happy with Crocs until now.

Left this pair of crocs on the back patio along with several other pairs of family member crocs and one of them literally shriveled up to where it is clearly visibly smaller in length and width and curled up to where you can put them on your feet. They were with 3 other pairs of crocs and one other pair shriveled up as well and the others did not. What is going on???

I did like the adjustable strap. They were way too wide, long and too large. The style was as a usual Croc clog. Too bad, I really wanted something comfortable and usable.
I'd also recommend:
Croc, Birkenstock, Teva

Unless you like camouflage, don't buy. Ordered these for my sons bday and when they arrived they were not what we expected. I returned them immediately and still have not received a refund. They were happy to take my money for a new color, but never credited my account for the returned pair.

I returned this item on 8/4; it's been 15 business days since I returned it, and I haven't received my refund, even though you received the item on 8/11. I called your 1-800 line, and it took 22 minutes before I got to speak to an agent who said it would take another week or so to receive the refund. Come on, Crocs it's a meager $55 to you and not to me. I've placed several orders with Crocs because I like the shoe. There's nothing wrong with the shoe. I had to purchase another pair just to have it here in time for my husband's birthday. If I was waiting for the refund to make another purchase I would have missed it. Hire a process improvement manager to look into this roadblock in your system.

I'm sure the clogs are fine, but I got a 10M/12W instead of a 12M because the ordering process is tricky. Even when you click on the Men tab it still gives you a Women sizing option for who knows what reason although I guess to cause problems. I would bet that I'm not the first person this has happened to. I suppose it's still my fault somehow (that's what they typically say) but they didn't fit so I just had to give them away because of return shipping costs and all. First time shame on me, right? With all that being said I now know the 12M would have been a little big and an 11M would have fit me better. Well at least I learned something about Crocs I reckon. Anyways...

Croc ripped at the strap buttons. Bought three, each one tore off within first use in wet/muddy ground. Our regular crocs straps lasted, but not the sole. Which is why we wanted to try the all-terrain. Didn't work out for our needs.

Strap buckle ripped off the croc within day 1. Had this happen to three pair of all-terrain. Not suited for holding your ground on muddy surfaces. Our regular croc shoes have held very well, but the sole doesn't have the terrain grip we need for the job.

After the first pair purchased came incorrectly sized from the manufacturer they exchanged and sent another comma which was fine for a few months until the strap broke off, now Crocs customer service refuses to do anything else about it because it's been more than 90 days, we're extremely rude saying the first pair where my one-time courtesy even though that was clearly their defect. I will not be spending the money on Crocs if they're only going to last a few months, I can just buy cheap ones at that point. Very disappointed in their customer service and rudeness over the phone
