Not great. Couldn't even make it a month. Disappointing

I always got MX608V5 but I wanted to try something different. I ordered the Fresh Foam Roav. I wanted it to work for me, but it didn't. I can't return them because I wore them for a while to see if would feel better. I will stuck with the one I usually get. I know that fits good. Sorry for the bad review, Thank you

I needed a slip on gym shoe due to recent back surgery. I have had many pairs of New Balance in the past, always size 8 1/2 regular width These however, were very small. The return website refused to accept my order number and after being put on hold too long, I gave up and shipped them back with a note in hope that they would arrive at the right place and I would get a refund.

I tried a 9.5 and a 10 and both slide off of the back of my foot when doing lunges and running. Tightening the laces did not help and caused the tounge to wrinkle and become uncomfortable. I do have narrower feet, but most fitted shoes work well for me.

the shoes were beautiful and i loved the price but i had to return to store and they would not exchange without charging full price because i got on sale and they wouldnt honor that with return and wanted to charge an additional 10$ shipping fee the online part was great but i needed larger size with style and was dishearted that the new Balance store in Richmond heights was rude and the manager wouldnt work with me

Looks good but looks can be deceiving and useless without functionality

Poorly designed and too high of a heel. No support. New Balance has always made a solid shoe that supports your foot and arch. This shoe does neither.

Been wearing New Balance for over 20 years, this is the first time it came too small

I need a sturdy shoe and even though they look great I like more toe protection. I have returned for refund.

Ordered a 12 but seems they are cut smaller. Nice shoe but wish they fit better.

These are my third pair of Roavs and unfortunately this pair does not fit the same as the first two. The heel seems stretched out because my heels slips in and out of the shoe. It's the only sneaker that has fit me very well in the past so I'm super disappointed. The shoes did come with a cardboard insert and I'm wondering if that caused the heel part not to fit like the others. I'm hesitant to try another pair.

Really feel bad scoring it this low. Have had the pair for a bit over 2 months. The stitching for the material that holds the laces position has came undone so they aren't wearable.

I just received these shoes 3 days ago and my daughter wore them for one day and they are Fallon apart at the front.. I can't contact anyone at customer service. They only give you and option to get a label to return.. I don't have the box it came in and want them to send me a replacement item as this is defective.. I hope this is not the regular quality and just a one off.

I went off of reviews and bought these. Im on my feet 8 hours a day & work on concrete floors. There is not enough of cushion for my feet. I would return them but I waited to long.

There all foam. Not like my other shoes, waste of money

Hadn't even wore them a week and the loop that holds the laces broke. Now they don't lace up properly. Extremely aggravating that these shoes cost almost $90 and broke the 3rd time I wore them.

I did not feel that they were very comfortable I did return them and I am waiting for a refund.

I was a loyal New Balance customer but I'm seriously rethinking my allegiance. Bought the shoes and wore them but I felt that they weren't the right size. Confirmed at the retailer that they weren't correct but they wouldn't return worn shoes. Tried contacting New Balance directly and they wouldn't help either. There is no way that I could run in these because they are at least a full size too small

I was really disappointed that this a lace up sneaker, not a slip on although it appeared on the website as a slip on. Because of that, I thought the laces on top were not full length for tying but were for show only. I did read reviews and still didn't get the right information about this.

These tennies allow dirt to penetrate into the shoes.

Cute But not good for plantar fasciitis like i was told they would be.

I bought these due to having a wide fit. Nothing wide about this pair. So tight my toe became numb after a hour or so.

I chose a 4E wide shoe because the 2E shoe was too tight and this shoe is not a great fit so be mindful when you choose your size. Now I'm stuck with some wide shoes that I'll probably won't ever wear

I've had my pair last than 4 months now and they already have a whole in it where my big toe is at. I'm really disappointed they don't last long since they are comfortable.

I love the look of these, but my feet hurt soooo bad after wearing them to work..
