They where to narrow Liked the style though

This shoe measured 1-1/2" shorter than my other 3 new balance shoes

Not wide and to much work to put on first have to untie and stretch wide open the to get them up onto the backnof my foot is an awful lot of work also

I WAS SO EXCITED TO ORDER THESE. I LOVE NEW BALANCE, ESPECIALLY THE FRESH FOAM ROAVS. WHEN I RECEIVED THEM IN MY NORMAL SIZE 10 WOMENS, THEY WERE SO TIGHT AND MY FOOT LOOKS PUFFY. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I AM NOT SURE WHAT SIZE TO GET IN THEM NOW, SIZE UP? GET A WIDER IN SAME SIZE? I DONT KNOW, AND THERE ARE NO NEW BALANCE STORES CLOSE TO ME. AND RETAIL STORES LIKE JOURNEYS, SHOE DEPT ETC DO NOT CARRY WIDE OR HALF SIZES FOR ME TO TRY ON. WANTED TO LOVE THESE, WANTED TO WEAR THESE, WANTED THEM TO BE AS COMFY AS MY OLDER NB FRESH FOAM ROAVS. AT A LOSS! RETURNED THEM AND RECEIVED A REFUND, STILL HAVENT GOTTEN A NEW PAIR OF SNEAKERS, NOT SURE WHAT TO DO!

I have a 2 year old pair of foam roavs and loved them but they are starting to look bad so bought these. There is extra material in the toe, that is part of the upper sole that rubs as it wasn't trimmed close to the seam. They cut corners making the shoes cheap but price the same. Things like embroidered logos, tag on the tongue are now missing.

I bought a size larger than normal and wide. They were way too small and not wide at all. I could barely get them on. Sent them back.

I have Morton's neuroma, and this shoe was not for me as it is very painful. When I walk with them I ordered them online and was not sure if it was gonna be the right shoe for me and I switch it was not, but will definitely try other brands.

Either I got sent the wrong pair of sneakers or I have extra wide feet. But nothing about these shoes are wide whatsoever. The shoes themselves are(would be) so comfortable but they're not wide.

This show is not supportive, of low quality. You get what you pay for however its disappointing

The foam cushion is wearing out. Wear them 10 hrs a day at work and last two days feet hurt when I get home. Also didn't know they were slip on with a fixed tongue.

I love NB but I ordered these online. They don't look the same as the pic and the fit of the sneaker it not as good as NB normally is. I won't buy from you online again

Bad for My back

I was not happy with the feel. I was looking for comfortable running shoes. These shoes have no cushion and hurt to run.

Unfortunately I need a wider size. Disappointed that the insert didn't have any arch support. I have initiated a return and sent the return. It's been a few weeks and I have not heard back/ do not have the money returned.

Have ordered numerous products over the years, and this was the first time the product didn't fit.... it was like the shoe had the wrong size label put in it ....10.5 instead of 9, and was boxed and shipped in the wrong size.... Returned the next day, but no refund yet.

Not comfortable like New Balance typically is. Runs very small. Toe box was narrrow.

I chose Wide 9.5 because I saw from other reviews that this type runs small sadly it still too small for me I normally 9 wide I'm returning the product

I have worn NB for years! The Fresh Foam are normally great! The cushioning in these was almost non-existent! I returned them.. very disappointed!

Too small! And I ordered extra wide! However in a similar shoe, I wear a regular width. Please quit changing things up and stick to what works. You're close to losing me as a customer!

Toes fell over at all sides of sole even at half size bigger and I have a narrow foot! I could feel the ground! Mesh is way too soft!! Returned all 3 pairs and still waiting for the refund to come through!
