The lace holder on one of my shoes broke after just 3 months of moderate wear (no exercising, just to work in the medical field). Contacted Customer Service and they will not replace them.

The shoes were too small. If you have a wide foot get a size up.
I'm still waiting on my refund.i sent the shoes back. Havnt seenit yet.

My order was incorrect. The shoes in the box did not match the shoes ordered or the shoes indicated on the box. Seems like 10 seconds or quality control could have prevented this. Still waiting on my refund. Shoes were returned a week ago.

I'm ordered wide fit and they are the slimmest pair of shoes I've ever got

Shoes arrived with stains on white part of shoes. Also big seems where they glued 2 separate peaces of foam to make the sole and right at the flexing area of the toes on both shoes. Very disappointed.

The first time I hand cleaned them. The pink dye bled all over the shoes. Which happens every time. I've had them less than a month. I was told they were to old for a refund, via customer services. That was a kick in the teeth. These shoes aren't cheap. Discussed customer

Super disappointed that a shoe meant for running did not even last my first time wearing them. I went on a less than one mile walk and the stitching that holds the lace eyelets completely came undone. Clearly quality control on these is incredibly sketchy.
Disappointed.,

I wear these shoes at work, at a medical center. I absolutely hate them. They make my feet swell.

I liked the look and color of the shoe. Only problem is the tongue is sewed to the sides of the shoe and doesn't move. No way to stretch out the laces to put on. I'll keep NB in mind while searching for a new shoe. On the plus side the return process was very easy and my money was refunded quickly!

The shoelace holder broke within the first 2 months, definitely not worth the money. I think they're stylish but I guess they aren't made to actually wear.

I've been wearing New Balance Minimus for nearly 10 years, and other New Balance shoes for years before. The latest versions of the minimus have reviewed terribly so I decided to try a different shoe with a bit more cushion. I was VERY disappointed when these arrived (ordered online) and after 15 mins of wearing them indoors I boxed them up and returned them.
The counter (the rear heel cup) is basically non-existent other than a piece of fabric. The midsole provides no stability, just squish. The upper was sized very oddly (I wear size 15D) to the point that I had to tighten the laces to the point that the eyelets were nearly touching to have any feel of fit and control/support of my foot.

I tried on my daughters size 10 (same style) and they fit perfectly. I ordered a pair and my toes are pressed against the edge.

I loved my dark gray pair so thought I'd order another in a different color but the toe is more narrow and squeeze. I've already worn so can't return so now I'm stuck with a pair of shoes I can't wear. :(

I was told by a New Balance representative that this was the 2022 version of model WMORV3 but does not feel at all the samemuch less cushioning and short in length of the shoe. Last year's model was the only shoe I can wear due to small fiber neuropathy and I was really hoping to get a few more pairs, but this certainly is not comparable.

I bought these shoes for work. I only got to wear them a handful of times before the mesh on the right shoe had a hole in it above my right great toe. Shoes typically last me a long time. Would not purchase again.

Shoes came quick and felt very comfortable. After a few days I looked down at the shoes and noticed the New Balance "N" on the side of the shoes was peeling off. I'm going to avoid purchasing their shoes going forward.

One of the shoes makes a popping noise when walking due to the material bowing out.

These New Balance shoes are not comfortable at all, I feel like I'm walking on concrete. I will not order again.

I've bought the same model a year before, in the same size. Last time I didn't even need to break them in. This time when I got these shoes I tried to wear them for a few days, and they were so painful I stopped wearing them completely. They felt so stiff and like they had no give, way different than the pair of Roavs I still have. Sadly I'm unable to return them because my roommate accinele threw away the box. My local store confirmed that even through the shoes we're essentially new I couldn't get a refund without the box. Now I'm stuck with shoes I can't even wear without getting blisters. This experience was so different from my previous experience buying roavs, I won't be getting any more out of fear for my feet.

Logo started to peel on both shoes after two weeks. Not worth the cost.

Shoe is not comfortable. Has a tie-in tongue, I don't know how else to describe it but you can't adjust the tongue for comfort. My feet hurt after my first walk in them.
