I was very disappointed in this shoe...I have been buying this particular shoe for quite some time and have bought at least 12 pair all the same size and width. The last pair I could barely get on my feet and I took them off the ensure they were the right size and they were so sadly the quality of New Balance has gone down but not the price so I guess I will be shopping for a brand that doesn't go cheap!!

Got my normal size and we're too short. Also I returned these but have not been refunded as of yet.

I love this shoe. have 3 pairs. Was looking forward to adding a light grey, but it is 100% purple. Not grey.

I normally wear a size 9B in athletic shoes but the fit of this shoe was more like a size 7 therefore I had to return it. I was very disappointed and will not purchase any more NB athletic shoes.

I ordered wide but they fit like a regular narrow shoe. Returned.

Something is wrong with this year, 2022, make they are way too narrow and I actually got a wide this time. Last year I bought my same size in a regular width and they were great. These are too narrow though and I actually have an unworn pair from the summer to compare them too and the design is way off. New balance needs to figure that issue out.

I would not buy these again. I think they are rather ugly and remind me of the sneakers Forrest Gump wore on the bench. The laces are way too long. Finally, the eyelet for the laces ripped.

I am a wide and the wide was too tight, I had to remove the sole to fit. I would size up. It was the same issue for my cousins who order these shoes as well.

I have a very high tops of my feet and this elastic band - unseen in the website photos- put the kabosh on these shoes for me. It would have made wearing them unbearable. I returned these two and bought a pair I love: with no tight elastic band over the bridge of the foot. So while these weren't perfect for me, other pairs were. Overall, love New Balance!

I have been purchasing New Balance shoes at the recommendation of my foot surgeon for over 15years. I was always so confident in the consistency of the shoe that I felt they arrived "broken in". This model is not up to my good experience. I could not get my foot into the shoe with a quarter sock; there is virtually no support for the front of the foot ; the design of the laces makes no sense; the sole surface is not supportive of either walking or running impact. What a disappointment!

I've had theses for about a month and they're already ripping on the side of one shoe.

I know kids are hard on shoes but there were holes in a couple of months. Unwearable after 6 months. New Balance used to be my favorite

These shoes are so cute but so uncomfortable. They are not too small but toes go numb while walking. Super disappointed.

I ordered an 11 wide. The label said 11 wide, so did the box. But when I put them on, they was no way they were an 11 wide. It felt more like a 10 medium (not wide). I could barely get my foot in and my toes were pushing against the front of the toe box. They immediately when back in the box and the return was started. If your looking for a roomy wide fit shoe, look somewhere else. I've also found that New Balance sizing is very inconsistent with every shoe.

The first few hours of wearing this shoe, the bottoms of my feet started to hurt, and when I decided to try wearing them again, the pain became unbearable. The shoe had a tight fit, even for my narrow and flat foot. I have usually had a great experience with Fresh Foams, but this one did not work, and I had to return.

They are not very comfortable. I usually get the fresh foam shoes and love them. Can't find them anywhere

Great shoe. Bad fit for me. Didn't know it had a stiched in tongue. Can't wear those

I purchased the same style I've had and the toe box is not the same .. much narrower. So disappointed. A great sneaker why change it? Very dissatisfied. Loyal customer.

This is my 2nd pair and for some reason this color (dark raisin) runs really narrow. Have to return them but will maybe try a size up.

I ordered my normal size 10.5 W - All NB shoes work just fine this version is not wide and it is Shorter by about 1/4".

My current work shoes are 4 years old and are shot. I googled the "most comfortable athletic shoe" as I am on my feet all day. These are so uncomfortable that I cannot even wear them. My feet ached horribly and I wish I could return them.

I always purchase my new balances in a 12 wide and they fit perfectly. This particular model is way bigger than normal and the shoes are coming off my feet when I walk. Very disappointed as I am a loyal and consistent new balancer.

I bought these for running, but I couldn't even walk in them. They looked great and felt great at first. Rubbed my big toe when walking. Returned, got a different style. Better.
