The top of the shoe is completely attached and too wide. So when you tighten the shoelaces the toungue wrinkles and causes discomfort,

Shoe fits kind of strange. Seems to want to slide off my heel regardless of how tight I tie them. Size fits perfect but the heel of the shoe has a different fit. I've got a few other pairs of other types of new balance shoes that fit fine. Wouldn't recommend these. Tossed the box or else I'd return them.

Cute shoe that looks just like the photos, but far too wide. I ordered my normal 10.5 standard width and to tie these shoes tight enough to not slip off my feet the tongue area gets bunched up and looks silly. There's an elastic piece across the top that is loose and doesn't give any support. Unfortunately, I had to return these.

95% of the time wearing these was doing daily use on pavement. I've only had the shoes for 4 months and the outsoles under the balls of my feet are completed worn through to the mid-sole foam layer. i'm disappointed in how quickly these wore out.

I like the style of this shoe and bought it online thinking it was the same as the other shoes in the ROAV lineup. However, this model doesn't have a tongue! It has a chincy slip on style cinch lace system that just bunches up when you try to lace the shoes. I like the other shoes in this lineup but don't recommend this City version since you can't use tighten the laces without causing uncomfortable bunching.

This shoe was indeed cushy on the soles. But I was unable to lace them up even enough to keep them on my feet because they are so wide the tongue area (which is attached, not an actual tongue) gathers in the middle and folds. I think I would love the shoe if they weren't so ridiculously wide.

Below average sneaker. Loose fitting. Unstable, can't really tie laces.

These shoes were terrible felt like a 15$ shoe. No padding, flat foot, whole shoes smashed foot when laces are tightened so tongue pierced top of foot and back rubbed on ankle. Very uncomfortable.

I've been running in New Balance shoes for decades and the last two pairs have been garbage -- cheap, flimsy, poor support and headed for the trash can. I won't get fooled again.'

Way to big, cheap thin material, feels like cardboard and cheap fabric
