Comfortable for wear in and out of water. I use them when kayaking and on the beach.

Sand, grass, or gardening are easy in super slides. Comfortable in wet or dry beach and yard.

Normal size is a 6.5 in women's shoes. Read reviews and recommendations, ordered size 6 since it's only available in whole sizes and the fit is perfect. Very comfy, looking forward to using for beach trips.

So I bought these for my mother because she was complaining about her slide(s) not having an arch, being too slim, and just over all not very comfortable. These are almost the perfect slide! The one flaw would be the sizing; she has wide feet and hammer toes so getting her normal size would be too small and sizing up they were just a touch too big, length wise. They do not rub and have a great arch for comfort. Highly recommended! The grip is better than expected as well!

I recently took these out on the beach for some socially distanced walks and even when they get sandy they are still comfortable. Sand doesn't sit in the shoe and they rinse off easily and the arch support and overall comfort factor is quite nice. The lightweight nature of these shoes also means they don't weigh down the bag you might carry them in or if your carry them in your hands to walk barefoot along the beach for a period of time. They also seem like they should last a long time and like I said before are easy to clean.

Love these sandals! They're lightweight and super comfortable, as well as sturdy and supportive ... a mini version of the Merrell hydro moc, which I also love. Highly recommend.

I love these shoes. Very supportive and comfortable. Dry so quickly. They don't get smelly like other water friendly shoes after they get wet. I'm a die-hard Merrell wearer (I've had dozens of shoes and never buy any other brand). My one complaint is so specific I don't know if it's just me but also don't know how it could only be me? When my foot bends the shoes presses pretty hard into the tissue on top of my big toe. It's pretty uncomfortable and causes chaffing. Unfortunately it has not gotten better after wearing the shoes in. It's like the strap that goes over top the foot just goes slightly too far so it's not where the toes bend and just presses into the toe instead. So disappointed with it. I still wear them regularly but then have to take a few days off and switch to flip flops. I'm tempted to take an knife to it and see if I can make it better.

I wore these for an entire day camping. I was not sore at the end of the day at all.

I bought these on a whim just to try them out, got both black and green. They are awesome sandals for the summer, especially around water. Love them and so comfy! Only complaint is that they just come in two colors. More, please!

I have arthritis in my feet, and Merrell has been one of my go to brands for years thanks to the support and comfort their shoes offer. That being the case, I figured I'd give these a try for wearing in those situations where water would be an issue for regular footwear. It's been years since I've been able to wear a casual shoe like the Hydro Slide, but these are actually some of the most comfortable shoes that I've ever owned. Now I have to get a pedicure to show off my toes!

These are extremely comfortable slides but way too big. I have worn Merrell size 6 for years, many different sandals, shoes and boots. All have fit perfectly. But these sandals are too big and I'll have to send them back. Width is fine but too long. If you get the right fit I'm sure you'll find them comfortable and fun.

Great for those hot days when you will be in/out of the pool all day

When you buy a Merrell shoe of any style you know that the sizing is accurate. I've worn Merrells for years and never been disappointed. Excellent foot bed and so very comfortable. My footwear brand of choice.

These sandals are very comfortable & will be great in the garden & the beach

Super comfy - love them. Only issue was a bit of chafing on my one foot - but that is the foot I had a joint replaced on - so no surprise. Also DO order one full size up. I always take a size 6 but had to return for size 5 which fit perfect.

Pls make the slides in the taupe/beige color that is in the mens. I love that color but the sizes are too big. Bought a 7 hoping it'd run small but was an inch too big. The color is so unique and cool for the time right now.

Needed waterproof shoes with open toes & good support. These fit the bill. One tiny tolerable but annoying issue: The toe edges hang on carpet slightly. Also, really needed a 7.5 but had to choose 7 or 8. Support is good. I have very high arches & age has taken its toll. I wear these instead of house shoes. I have had planter fasciitis in the past & this type shoe has cured it. I also wear them in the shower for stability. Would order again.

I haven't had a chance to wear them yet since it's still too cold here. However, when summer comes I look forward to wearing them. I've walked around the house in them, & they're quite comfortable so I have high hopes.

This was the second pair of hydro slides I bought, the first being from a vendor other than Merrill in a different color but the same size. I bought these because I preferred the blue green to the purple mauve of the first pair. AND BECAUSE I LOVED THE FIT AND FEEL OF THE FIRST PAIR. Unfortunately and inexplicably, this pair fits differently resulting in reduced comfort and squeaking noises with every step. I have worn them quite a bit around the house hoping they would "break in" to no avail. Hoping to give them away to someone who has better luck with the fit.

These are listed as medium width, but I think they are wide. I have two other Merrell shoes, both sneakers that I have been very pleased with. They are size 8.5, so I ordered a size 8 for this slider. Length was good, but the width made me return them.
