Great fit and comfort right out of the box. Sturdy support on the heel and arc makes these exactly what I was looking for. Maybe a touch heavy after a long outing but thats the trade off for good support I suppose

Wonderful boots! My second or third pair. They are super comfortable from the first day that you put them on. I live 9 miles from the Appalachian Trail, and I hike there several times/week wearing my Merrell boots.

Used boots for strenuous day hikes in snow, rain, Sand, and heat and so far no complaints.

Most comfortable hiking boots I have ever owned. Right out of the box, onto the trail, for hours of hiking with no breaking in or foot pain at all. I am amazed!

Used it on various terrain Moab2 is perfect. Amazing boots!!! I honestly got these because I saw them in a video game called Modern Warfare (2019) and I had to get some boots for work. I have these boots on for 8 hours a day for 4 days for a month and they're so comfortable, it's like you're not wearing any shoes, that's how good it feels. It's so roomy when you get the wide version of the boots and the shape of the heel is perfect for walking. Honestly best purchase I've made in shoes/boots.

Great width, true to size, and an absolutely beautiful designed boot!! I have had trouble getting a boot or shoe to fit since a horrendous motorcycle accident in 2012 where I had to have my leg re-attached below the knee and a Hemi (only the ball was replaced) hip replacement on the same leg. The support is unbelievable and gives me the extra power I need! So far it seems to be very much indestructible, all the while feeling like I am walking on clouds while not much weight is hanging off that leg which helps me increase my endurance out on the trail..... I cannot say enough good about the boot AND I did not spend any extra time breaking them in... This turned out not to be a problem.. One more plus....it is a great looking boot! And my goodness the price just can't be beat for the outstanding quality and comfort you get....

So comfortable I wear them every day.. great for work or on the trails

This is my second pair of these boots. Just finished hiking in the Grand Canyon both the South Kaibab trail down to Skeleton point, 6.5 miles and along the S Rim trail another 10 miles. These boots are the best!

Merrell shoes have a precise fit I can't find in most other shoes. The back of this shoe fits snugly so the heel doesn't slip with Merrell shoes.

These are very comfortable. The color pattern is nice.

I bought these boots Spring 2020 and have gone on many hikes in rain, mud and snow on trails from 10-20km. These are my first Merrell shoes and are my favourite! They have held up pretty well so far and keep your feet fairly warm and dry. I did not try these on before buying them online so I read a lot of reviews for sizing. I ended up getting a half size down from a lot of recommendations in the reviews. I would say it's almost a bit too snug. They have definitely expanded a little after breaking them in over the past year but the next pair of these boots I buy will be my regular shoe size. I couldn't wait to use them and hoped they would expand which is why I didn't exchange them. But hiking down they leave a sore feeling after each step unless I wear really thick socks. So I highly recommend these boots but try them on before buying!

Nice boots. Wore them down South Kiabab and out Bright Angel in the Grand Canyon last week. Very comfortable, and no blisters.

I like these boots! Great stability, support, and traction. And they are easy on and off.

I've been away from hiking for a couple years due to knee damage. (Hey, that's just age.) Last year, one knee joint was replaced, then the other. Now I enjoy walking again. I really want to take on some (easy) local trails with a bit of ascension and descension of hills. I knew my old boots were not a good fit, as my feet would slide down inside on any downhill walks. I asked at REI, tried on about five brands, and found the MOAB 2 MID just felt the easiest to get into. I have only worn them one evening (when I bought them); one full day the next day; and another full day a week later. Great fit and comfort, all day, walking in the city, shopping, driving, and working in my woodshop. Thanks!

A buddy ripped a disc golf disc into about 4" of water. I was able to walk right into it and right out. Dry feet. Was skeptical with the mesh top and sides but proved to stand strong.

I work 10 hour shifts four days a week, standing on concrete all day gets uncomfortable really fast. So, I listened to advice from several people and bought these boots, they're undoubtedly the most comfortable boots I've ever worn.

"Out of the box comfort" is not just a slogan. Once you've found your correct size, you can order online and put it in tha bank and write checks on it-they WILL fit just as well as the last pair. Waterproofing has lasted as long as 2 years in the pest control business, normal wear hiking 2-3 years no problem.

On my 2nd pair of the MOAB 2 Waterproof - wide. My first pair were worn out - hiking, hunting, and casual wear. I expect no less from my new ones. A great pair of boots at a great price point.

I have wide feet so finding shoes that come in a wide fit is great. These shoes fit great straight out of the box. The mid cut gives great support. Love the style and colour.
