I purchased this model based on the WIDE designation in its description and a price promo reduction. Adidas makes fine, fashionable shoes but their "wide" versions are scant. Sometimes, the "regular" width is OK if the toe box and/or material have the room and ability to stretch and accommodate wider feet. When Wide is part of the model name, one can be assured of a good fit for those who need it. It would be nice if Adidas added more wider options in their many models.
