I've used this shoe for the first time and I have really enjoyed using them. As I am coming back into the fitness world I've found these to be best to start with and highly recommend them for beginners who are starting off with their fitness journey. I'm sure they'd be great for intermediate and expert athletes as well. I have yet to reach my old fitness level and maximise more of this equipments potential. High recommend for beginners.
