These are very pretty shoes and nice quality leather. Arch support is fairly minimal but they are well padded so pretty comfortable. Seem to be a little wide but not overly so.

When it comes to tennis shoes I usually purchase US Size 6, and flats (no-sock shoes) are always US Size 5.5. I purchased a 5.5 N for these, and they fit perfectly! I also have thicker/ wider feet so I was worried about purchasing the Normal Width. The sole of the flat itself is narrow looking, but the room around it is perfectly spacious so my feet do not feel pinched at all. The shoe is flexible and super comfortable! I can see how the heel would pinch some people's feet but it's not an issue that a little breaking-in can't solve. Great quality & design, color is as-pictured. The pointed toe makes your feet look narrower and feminine. If you have narrow, thinner feet no need to size down. I just think that the flexibility of the soft leather is beneficial for wider feet like mine, but not a disservice to those with a more delicate foot! For reference, Sam Edelman's Felicia flats (although super cute) are too narrow and tight for me. Open-faced flats don't look flattering on my feet. The band that goes across these Hesters is the perfect detail to make my feet look more kept.

These shoes are so adorable. I really want to 100% love them and give them an overall 5-star review but I cannot. First of all, while I would say that the width is wider than a regular width, it's really not a wear-ready wide width. In other words, you will have to wear them a bit and break in the leather to achieve the wide width you need for comfort. Secondly, though the length is right, I have gotten a painful blister on the back of my ankle where the shoe ends and given my experience with other shoes that generate these kinds of blisters, the problem never goes away. I will probably always have to wear some kind of Band-Aid to protect my heel bone there. This is a total bummer because I've brought these shoes on a trip to wear as my main shoe.

I wanted to keep these so bad but they just don’t work for me. I have feet like a duck, so trying to squeeze them in to pointy toes is maybe just not possible. They have a great witchy vibe and look well-made. The leather is smooth and soft. And they have real buckles! They have very little support or padding, but that’s not surprising for this type of style. They seem to run a little small.

I ordered an 81/2W and a 9B in this shoe. It is a cute flat, unfortunately, the 8/12W was too short and the 9B was a little snug in the width. They are really cute on the foot. I'm re-ordering a 9W to see if that will fit (I like my shoes a bit loose in the summer for heat swelling). Overall, take a chance on these cute summer shoes.
