I bought these to be a nice and comfortable everyday sandal. I wanted them to work so bad but I wear an 11 and they felt nearly a full size too small for me and I needed more length at my heel. They are very comfortable sandals, have great arch support for sandals and the leather feels so soft and nice. A bummer for me that I'll have to return.

I am sorry to return this shoe but the fit was off. It cuts across the top of your foot and that hurts!! I ordered a 9 Narrow. Although its nice soft leather it still hurt.

I wear narrow shoes and ordered both a 9 and 9 1/2. These are very beautiful and (if they fit) exceptionally comfortable sandals - with very soft leather. I wanted very much to find one that fit me well, but the 9 was right width, but too short, my heel was at the very far edge of shoe. The 9 1/2 was right length, but the fit across my foot was too wide

I thought these were very cute, but I was shocked how small and narrow they were. I ordered a wide a half size larger than my norm, and they still barely fit. Additionally, I ordered the mahogany color and it was quite solidly maroon, bordering on purple, not the rich brown I expected.

I normally wear cushioned flip flops most of the year so I’m unsure why the leather part between my toes was so uncomfortable! Maybe the leather would loosen up in time but I don’t want to hurt my toes breaking them in so I’m returning.

The leather of this sandal is absolutely lovely. However, the foot bed is so narrow as if it were meant for a person with an AA width, not wide. I love these sandals and wish they were true to size, but I have to return them.

Not comfortable at all. Looks cute but not worth the money!!!

I have a pair of these sandals in orange and love them. I ordered same size in black and it was way smaller. I measured against old pair and they are shorter by at least a half inch and the footbed is smaller and narrower. Don’t know if they changed manufacturing but NOT THE SAME AS OLDER MODELS. Returned

Strange sandals. Arch support appears to be for people who pronate. Does not work well for others. Run slightly short and slightly narrow. Returned both pairs: black and tan. Not the greatest quality..

The color appears to be a little more turquoise than what I thought it would be. Just wasn't satisfied with the color

To start, the left slipper was quite wide and the right side perfect. Not sure how this could happened other than it having a wide foot forcing it’s way into the shoe before realizing that their foot was much too wide. Love Zappos customer service though!!

I ordered a 10.5 M, and found they were slightly too short but much too wide. Upon receiving an 11 N, the width was fine, though the shoe was slightly SHORTER than the 10.5.

They are a bit too flat & didn't offer enough arch support for me. Nice style but I'm hard to fit.

Had to send these back , was not snug enough across the bridge of foot. Very cute shoe.

I wear an 11W. These were slightly too short and definitely not wide enough. They are going back.

Completely flat ugly torpedo sock-construction shape with zero cushion. A pity because the microfiber lining is a huge upgrade from the bluster-inducing pleather most shoemakers use these days, though a genuine leather lining would be better.

Not comfortable

Absolutely terrible quality. The sole started peeling off the first time I wore them. Ended up having to have them resolved after wearing half a dozen times. The liner on the foot side started peeling off right away as well.

Terrible quality! Sole started separating at the heel the first time I wore them. Have tried all kinds of glue to glue back on, but a piece tore off. Now I need to spend the money to have them repaired. Don't buy these!

I love the look of this shoe and the comfort of Softwalk. However, I had 2 different pairs of this style where the sole started peeling off the bottom after the second wearing, and mostly indoors. I purchased another style at the same time with no issues. There appears to be a quality issue with this style.

Fit and size were fine, and I really like the shoes, however the sole started separating from the shoe the first time I wore them. Not good quality. Would not recommend.

I got these in Wide but it was still too small- I have a high arch and I couldnt get my feet in. The design of the shoe is very cute and looks to be good quality too. So disappointing.

I love SoftWalk shoes, but I couldn't even get my foot in this one. SO sad because I adore the color!!!!
