I recently upgraded to these after wearing a previous Chameleon Stretch for 4 years and it feels like a big upgrade. They stretch enough to fit my flat, wide feet, the heel is supported and cushioned, and the grip of the Vibrant sole is great.

Very nice and comfortable shoe to wear.

I wear this pair of shoes just about everyday for long hours. They are comfortable, look good and it keeps it shape.

This is the 3rd Stretch Chameleion shoe that I purchased, the first 2 were the Chameleon 7. I love using them for my daily walk on different surfaces- pavement, dirt, gravel, rocks and grass. I find I have great stability and very good traction on the different surfaces. They feel different that most other shoes with the stretch fit without any pinching. Initially it takes some work getting into the shoe (a shoe horn is needed) but after a while it gets easier (based on my first 2 pairs.) I plan on purchasing at least on other pair this year.

It was the best shoes ever, I wish they will make white color.

nice shoes for general purpose use .good color . like slip on ability . the fiight fit doesn't rub on foot. will buy waterproof pair also

I have owned and loved several different Merrell shoes. This is my first experience with the Chameleon line. These are easy to put on and the stretch lacing works very well. I use as everyday wear, hiking and wildlife photography. While hiking or chasing wildlife, they support my walking and jogging. I also find myself standing, sometimes for hours. These shoes are comfortable in all situations. I've only had 1 minor, but annoying issue. In quiet environments I get a lot of squeaking when walking. I intend to try new insoles to see if this will solve the squeak.

Love this lightweight boot, very comfortable right out of the box, no break in period.good arch support im on my feet all day and super comfortable. I liked first pair so much I bought a second. Recomended.

Chameleons are incredibly comfortable. This is not my first pair of Chameleona and certainly not my last.

I work in landscaping. This shoe is very comfortable for being on your feet all day.

Overall these are great shoes. They are very comfortable to wear all day, from day one - no break in period. I have worn them outside in the rain, and they grip well. Though I have not hiked in them to know how well they hold up there. My only complaint is they are not the easiest to get on. It's like keeping your shoe laces tied, and trying to get your shoes on - even though there are no shoe laces, and they are supposed to be slip on.

I heard about the product and it's reputation. I figured to try it out. And the end result, it turned out to be speechless and I am in full satisfaction of the product. Thank you. P.S. I am hoping there is a sale coming up.

I'm so glad you guys brought these back! Man I've been suffering without them. They are the best shoes I've ever had. I have been wearing them for years and just purchased a new pair today. Thank you thank you thank you. Not only are they the most comfortable and durable shoes I've ever owned but they look so cool too. Please don't discontinue this line again. I am very hard on shoes/boots and these things hang right with me. Thanks again Merrell for the ultimate utility shoe!

The shoe is comfortable

My fourth or fifth pair of these shoes. I am very pleased with the comfort and the sizing was perfect. Some previous pairs of the shoes lost their sole after much where. I guess that is to be expected. Overall I am very satisfied with this product.

After wearing out a pair of Chameleon Primes and Chameleon 7 Stretch, I gave these a shot. With this model Merrell brought back everything that worked with the Prime Stretch, and kept the added benefit of Vibram soles from the 7. These are easier to put on and take off than the Primes (you just have to remember to loosen the bungee laces--those complaining about how tight they are must be forgetting to do this, or they have gigantic ankles). Outstanding on all types of terrain; extremely comfortable with a great balance of cushion and support. Can hike for miles in these with no flare-up of plantar fasciitis. Also great for everyday wear. Highly recommended. M-Select DRY doesn't work for me so I steered clear of the WP version. If the Chameleon 8's were ever offered in a Gore-Tex "Storm" variety I would order two pairs.

I stand on concrete at work for 10 hours a day and on weekends I'm always out fishing or kayaking and these shoes basically never leave my feet. I've worn the chameleon for as long as I can remember got my first pair in middle school and I'm in my late 20's now. Can wear them for all occasions and they fit the bill.

This is the second pair of this style I have owned. I wear them everyday at work, and I am on my feet for 8+ hours a day. My first pair lasted over a year, and expect the same with this pair.
