These Chameleons are my favorite shoes ever! They are comfortable and stylish. Did I mention they're slip-on too. This is my second pair and they don't disappoint. Please don't ever discontinue these boots, Merrell!

Consistant as expected

Very comfortable shoes that work for everything from running around town to hiking in the woods. Love the slip on design and versatile looks. Wore out my last pair and knew immediately that I would by these Merrill shoes again. Fit is on point per sizing as well.

This shoe is great for me because one foot is slightly wider than the other and the stretch make it perfect on each foot. I wear these shoes every day and they look great.

Fit and comfort are the same as my first pair I finally had to retire after almost 5 years of hard wearing . They never once gave out or lost their support! Look forward to put this new pair through the same paces and having them last me just as long!

The Chameleon 8 Stretch has been my shoe of choice for more than 10 years. I have worn them in hiking trips in England, Hungary, Slovakia and the Czech Republic. I wear them nearly every day and all day. My only complaint is that occasionally I have had the toe unglue on maybe two of 8 shoes and, because of my gate I will wear out the back heal of the right shoe after about two years of wear EVERY DAY. The most enjoyable aspect of the shoe is its ability to be slipped on without having to tie up laces because of the stretch lace feature. It is great walking through TLA at airports all over the world and being able to slip the shoe back on with your arms carrying baggage, I am also a runner and I have used the Chameleon 8 Stretch as a running shoe when I was on a trip and did not want to carry an extra running shoe. It works fine.

I work in a prison and walk a lot. I wanted a comfortable and supportive shoe that is easy to put on and take off. These have met all of those needs and they look great as well!

The Chameleon 8 is a totally satisfying hiking shoe. The stretch feature always gives you a secure fit that allows you to focus on and enjoy your walk. It keeps the shoe comfortablely on through trail terrain and is stylish enough to wear in everyday living while still providing a sturdy comfortable fit. Also the ability to step into the shoes and be ready to go once you've set it to your foot size is a feature that makes me happy and I have enjoy the stretch fit for years from my old Chameleon 7 shoes. The Chameleon 8 stretch and its features is the way all hiking shoes should go in the future. Try it out you'll be impressed.

I'm on my feet all day ! Up and down ladders , on roofs etc etc , these are my work shoe of choice ! Extreme grip and feel safe , very light which is welcome , like wearing a sneaker ! I absolutely love these shoes and they make my work day so much more comfortable ! These are not just for hikers !! Great work shoe !!

I own 2 pair of this style shoe. I love the ease to put on and is very comfortable and supportive. My only issue is that as they are broken in they may become noisy. 1 pair squeaks when I walk. The other pair is not fully broke in so can't say how that pair will sound. Is not a big problem for me but others may not like the sound.

Very happy with the fit and finish, hug my feet really well, already went on a moderate hike over uneven terrain and they were perfect! I've enjoyed them so much that I haven't even worn the MOAB II that I got in the same order!

I have always loved Merrell shoes. No break in needed!

Great purchase

Have a few pairs, see attached photo (at least 5). I think I have at least one or more pair hidden in a box. I know I have worn out at least 2 other pairs. Needless to say I Love these shoes. Wear them on a daily basis. To hike, work, etc. Just blew a heal out while hiking in the Northern Cascades so will need to buy a replacement soon. Please do not discontinue this show. Ever.

I like a shoe that doesn't make me taller than I am. These are comfortable and easy to get into and no laces.

I love this shoe only thing was after a few months I got a squeak in the heel of the shoe also I noticed like a dimple in the right heel, But Merrell made good on it. Thanks, Merrell! so I ordered new ones.

I got my son a pair of these shoes and he loved them. The design, the fit and the comfort. This is a great product I think anyone would enjoy wearing.

My husband loves these boots. He has 2 pair. One for work and one for outtings.

I got these to replace my very old Chameleons, whose sole has finally started to wear through. My foot is a consistent size 10, and these shoes are sized perfectly. I got the olive color, and it's very attractive. My pair has a darker colored sole than the online picture, but mine is actually more attractive. One curious thing is that the Vibram sole is 1/2" narrower than my old pair, both across the ball of the foot as well as the heel, but this is not causing me any problem either in walking or in the comfort, which is excellent.
