I want a REFUND & an exchange. My shoes were EXTREMELY TOO BIG

I am very upset my sneakers came to me with a tear in them and Adidas has yet to make good on them situation is very very frustrating.

The insole is great and comfortable. Really nice looking. BUT whatever they use to make these shoes is not meant to bend. I can't walk without it pinching my toes. Very disappointed. Especially for the price. And because I've worn them out hoping to break them in and fix this problem there's no way I can get my money back.

Sorry that I cannot return this shoe! It seems like it would be a great shoe, just not for me! The heel slips TERRIBLY and I will not be able to wear it as it pulls my sock down no matter what kind of sock I wear! So sorry I ordered it! Will not recommend it to anybody else!

Guess addidas does not check there products before shipping. I now have to go to a UPS to return a pair of which I was trying to avoid going to stores because of COVID. So much for a big name when the people who work for you don't care to check it when the packed it up.

Have been buying this style for years and never had an issue. These are so stiff they have caused my feet to bleed - even after multiple months of attempting to break them in. Looked great but super disappointed to be unable to wear them because of the discomfort caused.

Too late to return cause I wore them them noticed the defect.

Size is too large. And thees no reaponse from customer service.

Customer service via online chat was poor. Erika kept disconnecting us even though the issue was unresolved. Shoes arrived damaged and way too big. Exchanging for a smaller size. Really hoping they fit and are not falling apart as the shoes I received were literally peeling apart.

I can't fit the shoes and can't get in touch with anyone to exchange

It was ok but it was itchy in my toes and scratchy on my pinky toe would not recommend

The sizes are not accurate, I was disappointed. They fit way too big.

Horrible shoes. They are not worth the money. I had them for a few days and they ripped.

The product came in a huge size and when I reached out to talk to customer service I never received an email reply. The women's sizing is closer to men's sizes. Just be warned because if you get the size you normally wear it will probably be wrong and Adidas won't do anything to help except ask you to take this exact survey

I read they ran big so I ordered an entire size down. I usually wear an 8 1/2 so I purchased a 7 1/2. Shipping was on time and I was looking forward to wearing them but I tried them on and they were STILL too big! I called to try and set up an exchange and they refused. I'm very disappointed!

Need shoes for my daughter. Your shoes were bigger than we ordered and plus you sent me shoes still with security tags on. We had to go buy shoes somewhere else so she would have them for her new job. So I asked for my refund. Days plus later and still isn't in my account. With all this mess I will not buy again from you and I would appreciate no more emails.

The product was never worn because they didn't fit.

I really liked the design and style of these sneakers so I ordered them on Black Friday.

I needed size 6. Adidas size six equaled size 8!!! I returned it and reordered a 5 which is still too large although I am size 5
