If you're getting a woman's superstar, get a half size smaller. Mine are kind of lose, I can fit a whole finger at that back of my shoe... Unfortunately, I can't exchange them because I had the customized. DO NOT CUSTOMIZE YOUR SHOE UNLESS YOU ARE 100% SURE THEY WILL FIT YOU.

I love my Superstar because they look so expensive yet they are heavy.

I love the classic look of these shoes and the fact that they have them in different colors.

This is a awesome product! They are comfortable, just not the best shoes when you are walking for hours upon hours.

These shoes are a classic and go with many outfits but I find that the clam toe situation isn't my favorite. That's just a preference thing and something I liked until wearing them myself. I like the side view of the shoe but not the top view but I do like the way they look on other people. As for comfort, I personally do not like shoes with arch support. I find the arch support to be very uncomfortable it just feels like I've got something stuck in my shoe. Overall, if you like shoes with arch support and you like the overall visual of the shoe, you will like them and get a lot of use out of them. If you don't like arch support you will not like them.

The sneaker is cute and fashionable, but it's not comfortable. Not comfortable at all. The heel of the shoe is wide and can easily slip off the heel of your foot. There is absolutely no support in shoe. I added an additional insole for added comfort and support. It's barely enough.

I returned my last two purchases. The first I received men's shoes. And the exchange was not the same shoe. Now I will try to find the classic adidas in a store!

Shoe was supper cute, according to the size chart I ordered the correct size, went down 1/2 size. I received the wrong size and sent them for exchange, still waiting. I don't know if I will even get them. Exchange time says 1-3 days but really it can be up to 21! They were a christmas gift. Its disappointing.

Both heels bled into my socks and stained the inside of the trainers. The fit is fine, but the back is really high and digs in. If I had gotten a larger size, they would have been too loose. Its a shame as I love them, I just don't want to put them back on my feet!

Good quality. Design is more for younger kids but would buy as a gift.

I love superstar trainers and would seriously have loved these had I not ordered them off the phone. The colour states Cloud White/3Grey so from that and looking at the photos the stripes looked glossy grey to me, but on receipt of the now ordered personalised trainers the stripes are infact transparent so you can see your foot inside regardless of sock colour or bared footed, I do not like that at all!!!!! Wasted money as they can not be returned I've checked and I can't see even in the description where it says the stripes are transparent. Gutted!!!!

Go with a half size or one size smaller than your normal size because they run big.

Need to clarify if it's men's or women's sizing. Especially when ordering online.

I'm unhappy that I have only wore them twice for approximately two hours and the shoes are coming unglued. Is this normal? I would love to hear from someone

With the superstar go a bit smaller Bigger than thought for me

Next I know but really love the sneakers. Would recommend them for comfortably and walking around. Great price for my budget just a little bit to big

I couldn't tighten the shoe at all with the shoelaces. Hopefully my exchange will fit a lot better as the shoe is really pretty. If not, I'll return for a refund.
