They look very nice and the larger toe box is what I was looking for, but the length runs small and therefore I had to return them.

This were much shorter than any of the 8.5's that I tried. Very disappointing.

I like the shoes however I feel they're difficult to break in unlike previous NB pairs I have had. I have bunions and although the width works the leather doesn't seem to give enough. I have been wearing for a month and still seems stuff at times. Unable to wear them all day yet.

Can't wear them too small and definitely not an extra wide shoe! Sending them back

Unfortunately, the shoes were too tight and I am returning them.

These sneakers were narrower than I expected (medium width felt narrow) and the colors, though they looked fun in the photos, are actually awful together. The entire sneaker looked tacky and I was very disappointed.

Not what I expected at all. Not cushioned much at all. Pretty rigid and hot shoe.not a typical 2e width.

The shoes pinched my toes. I am sending the shoes back and ordering a different size.

Tried the New Balance 696 v4 because it came in my size - a women's 11 EE / extra wide, and because I had New Balance in the past that seemed to fit my wide foot with a wide toe box. I was pretty disappointed because I really liked the look of these. For an 11, they were to small, with my toes smashed up against both ends of the shoe. I can't imagine this shoe is what they think an EE / extra wide foot would fit in - the toe area is so pointy, you'd really have to have pointy feet to wear these shoes. The only wide area is the the middle of the shoe. There's barely any arch in this shoe, so if you're looking for support, look elsewhere. To top it off, the shoe is extremely stiff.

Way too “short” I always buy 8.5 sport court shoes and these are very short.

Fit and size was okay, but the sole was flat and offered no support. I ordered them to play tennis in, not just walk around. Not near enough support for the abuse feet take during tennis play.

When I ordered these shoes I thought they were a light pink. I was very surprised to find out that they were a peachy color when I opened the box.

This whole shoe was way off. Material was very strange, the cut made it that you could hardly get the side of your foot in. Surprised that New Balance, that use to make more shoes for comfort and foot problems, has trended so far away from this. Will look for a better shoe maker.

These shoes are cute! Nonetheless, they are definitely not wide at all! Please do not order if you have wide feet! I also found them to be very hard shoes with a funny and short toe area. They are on their way back to Zappos ASAP! I don't know what happened to New Balance but their shoes are not the same.

Am serious thinking about closing account have had alot of issues with zappos lately

These shoes are cute! However they run small and narrow! I have to return them because I am a WW and these shoes fit like a medium width! Won't purchase New Balance again they are no longer wide widths.
