Love'em! I've owned New Balance 860 running shoes for years. These days, I'm playing more pickleball, and because I'm a former tennis player who can't cover as much court as I used to and still compete at a high level. These tennis shoes are great for pickleball! Light as a feather and amazing responsiveness when quickly changing directions for 3rd shot drops and killer drop shots in the kitchen. Ordered the same size as my NB running shoes and they fit like a glove. I'll buy these again after I wear'em out.

If you have wide feet, this is the tennis shoe for you. I wear them for tennis and pickleball. They are comfortable right out of the box. This is my third pair. I won't buy any other shoe.

I really like the 696 - they are lightweight and airy, great for playing Pickleball outdoors in the summer. I play 5 times a week so the shoes get about 6 months before the soles wear down. Sometimes this model is hard to find so if you like the fit and shoe get a second pair. I been wearing NB for a long time(I am a 4e) with an AT pair, a walking pair (my go to for vacation/tours and the 696 court shoes.

Comes ready to wear right out of the box. I'm a 5.5 player that needs a shoe to feel comfortable and worry-free. The 696 allows for lateral free movement without rollover. It holds a grip on all types of hard court surfaces. When split stepping, it plants a firm starting point towards the direction you choose. There are times I arrived so early to the ball, I actually thought I was playing on clay! Aas long as NewBalance can continue making the 696, It will be my go-to shoe.

I normally have issues with the size fit of my sneakers (athletic shoes for you young folks) from company to company but these fit perfect. The support was excellent allowing me quick starts and stops.

A great show for Pickleball, inside or outside courts. This was the fourth pair of 696 that I have bought for playing Pickleball. The shoe gives great traction on each of the courts I have played on. I will continue to buy this style as long as it is available.

Great court shoes. Breathable.

Use for the gym and walking. Shoes are always a little tighter at first when purchased, but they do stretch. Purchased 11 - 4E. Perhaps should go 11.5 - 4E. I find the laces a bit dull so I often purchase a pair I like from Kiwi and then make them into a slip on so I can wear easily through airport TSA check and on flights.

The shoes are well made in a 2x width. We play pickleball 3 x per week for 2 hours per time. These shoes enhance my agility to play. Left shoe box area causing toe to-rub and bleed
