Not comfortable at all. I been using this shoes and at the end of the day I feel like my foots are dying. Great look but bad material I prefer another brands. I'm not going to say the name but other brands are really comfortable.

Great shoes, but the sizing is much larger than labelled. I am always a 10.0 4e with new balance and I had to order down to a 9.5 4e for these.

Maybe good for construction work, but it's not good for working the floor of a bar/restaurant. The stiff/alloy toe of the shoe makes it very rough if you're constantly on the move.

Had to return, used these for a delivery job for one day and they were to stiff they made me hurt for days. I feel better after a shift using my old beat up Pumas.

Generic comfort for a safety shoe.
Took the shoe off, and barely pushed it and it slid 2-3 feet.... Horrible traction. Don't get if you work at Amazon, you will slip will walking quickly.

I've been wearing the standard 412 at work in a factory doing 10-12 hour days. They've been the most comfortable of the various brands I've tried so I decided to buy the ESD versions so I don't have to wear a heel strap. Annoyingly I've never gotten past the ESD tester at work with these so I still have to wear heel straps.

Compared to wider shoes, these are so narrow. I sent return 1 week ago and still no credit

I bought these back in August because every other show I had would start falling apart in 30-60 days. They are comfortable but, in the 30-60 days they are starting to fall apart. I work around metal, last thing you want is shoes that fall apart quickly.

These shoes were meant to be worn for work. Getting in and out of a delivery van 300 plus times per day and walking up and down hills. I have high arches and wide feet. 4E width and durable cushioned and shock absorbent inner and outer soles seem to be the only suitable option for me. After a few days of wearing these shoes my feet hurt and my hip flexors had sharp pains every step of the day. Had to return. The Zappos for work program does not have enough 4e work boot options. So I pulled out an old pair of timberland pro boondocks and replaced the inner soles. I should not have been surprised that this did the trick. And my feet and hip flexors are much better.

Sneaker is very heavy. Also the slow of the shoe is very uncomfortable and the sneaker feels as if there is a metal plate in the sole. Not good for all day wear especially if using for work. To heavy and not comfortable

I bought these for work. I spend all day on my feet and these shoes are very unconfortable not enough padding. I even bought insoles but did"nt help much. Bottom of my feet hurt after a couple of hours on them. I will continue to by cross trainers from NB just not work shoes.

I've had this shoe for over a year and wore them everyday. Here is my opinion... After being a loyal NB customer for years I took a chance on their work shoes and at first they were what you would expect. Shoe is very comfortable for wearing for hours on concrete floors. However, after a year they simply did not last. Both of the shoes have roles in them after the "toe protect" logo area meets the main body of the shoe at the sole As time has gone on more holes have appeared again in both shoes. Left shoe has hole on the inner part also and right has hole on top after the toe protection. Left sole is starting to separate too! Its not like these were heavily abused either as I work in the parts department of a car dealership and am on and off my feet all day. For the price I expected better quality and them to last longer. Worst part is the soles show no/ minimal wear. Would not purchase again.
Dissapointed,
