I have very wide Fred Flintstone feet and it is extremely hard to find work shoes that fit just right I would like to that the zappos staff and managers they are very helpful and professional

My New Balance 589 work shoe "Fits like a glove" on my sensitive feet. They are well constructed, lightweight with very good binding and strong arch support. They look like stylish athletic shoes as I work hard on clean AMAZON warehouse floors. I walk, lift, and stand a lot and reliable, comfortable SAFETY shoes for protection and comfort are a NECESSITY. I rate these shoes, and ZAPPOS for it's service, each 10 STARS.

Had to get a size 12 versus 11. Exchange was very easy and received the new size in 3 days. Service was awesome. Shoes look great a bit different with the steel toes. Getting used to them.

New Balance is my "go to" shoe. Even though they are work shoes (bigger/heavier) they are great, just like a new balance. I would recommend getting insoles. The (not included) NB insoles just add that extra comfort and support.

Great shoes. I've owned a few New Balance shoes in the past, but always their standard consumer models. I didn't even know they made industrial shoes until I ran across these. They fit great, and protect my feet well. The insoles they come with are reasonably comfortable, but could stand to be a bit more cushiony. Otherwise, I'm very happy with the product.

I am very pleasantly surprized the New Balance commercial steel toed shoes could look casual fashionable, fit well and be very comfortable! Very important, I am able to work in these shoes a full day in comfort!

Shoes causes blisters on both my big toe ,hurt my toes not comfortable Im returning them for another pair..

I ordered a half-size too large on purpose as I have previously had a pair (another brand from Zappos) that was too small.

The fit is perfect these are well worth it and sturdy.
