I've purchased this shoe before in Black and Frey and Red. Black and Red would look great. Where did the grey come from? The yellow is a new look for me. They are more visible to others and I've received several complements. Plus, being composite toe (lighter than steel toe, and at the end of the day you don't feel like Frankenstein), non-slip, water-proof and shock resistant, what else could I need. They are the all around shoe.
Just work on putting out a Black and Red only shoe.

The shoes look good, but offer no real arch support the insoles are flat ESD insoles. Terrible for all day comfort. When you work in a high impact job, these need to be made much better. Poor Insoles lead to people developing foot problems. Insoles can make or break a pair of shoes quickly. You can see from the photos of insole there is no built in arch support of any kind. Whenever you read ESD take it there is no arch insole. I'd suggest Herman Saviors heavy duty insoles.
I'd also recommend:

Wish they were made in the USA. Seems everything is made in China now.

I work with electrical equipment, encounter slippy floors and carry motors, heavy parts and other things that would otherwise crush my toes. I've had a few sets of New Balance shoes and, for the most part, they are comfortable and serve their purpose (Fresh Foam running sneakers, cross trainers, running sneakers). This is the first time I've purchased their work shoes. Externally, I am impressed. It is a pretty shoe and a worthy not-ugly heavy work shoe. It is comfortable along the edges and top of the feet and also has a good toe box. Not too tight, room to wiggle. The problem is that there was absolutely no arch support. It was really bad such that my arches ached in less than an hour of work. I had to pull the inserts out of my old work shoes and put them into these for it to be acceptably comfortable. Overall, good looking sneaker, great for work with an insert.

Since I only buy your sneekers I tried your work sneekers with the composite toe (required for work) but I was a bit surprised that they did not come with the memory foam insoles(really)and the fact that my toes feel cramped when I put them on,almost like the thickness of the shell was not compensated for. I now need to look into yet another brand to find something I can work in comfortably.

Shoes were a lot heavier than expected and the sole was very hard. Maybe suitable for working outside but not for walking on hard floors all day.

I work at a fish taco shop/bar & I have a pretty big shoe size (15s) & I order New Balances online because I know how they fit. Well, this is the second New Balance shoe I've ordered that upon trying on, they seemed alright. However, when wearing them out & about, aka, being on my feet for hours at my service industry job, I had realized they were slightly too big, & crazy heavy! It takes effort lifting my legs to take steps. It's basically a semi-heavy-duty work boot disguised a sneaker. My feet are already big & this shoe makes them more conspicuous & cumbersome, but I've already worn them to work, so it's too late to refund them now, but I would say it's not New Balance's fault. I should have figured with the description, that this was a very heavy duty shoe. Next time I'll just stick to the 806's. Those shoes are practically perfect. I just wish they had a little more padding, or protection throughout. Dropping a beer keg on your foot is not fun.

The shoe was fine, but huge. I wasn’t expecting to gain 2 inches when I put on the shoe. My wife is already shorter than me, when I tried these on I could set my chin on top of her head. They looked extremely odd because of how thick the bottom was.

These garbage shoes are just dreadful. They are the most uncomfortable shoes, and they make your feet look MONSTROUS like a troll. An athletic shoe looked and felt like a gigantic boot that Frankenstein's monster would wear. I normally wear skechers. they are light and wonderful and make me feel like I have a great deal of dexterity. These things though have ultra thin soles, my lower back hurt instantly about an hour into shift. the bones of my feet were striking the cement floor, and gave me blisters. my 20 dollar cheap shoes from Walmart felt more comfortable than these abominations. DON"T BUY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you work on your feet more than 4 hrs a day DO NOT PURCHASE THESE SHOES. I decided to purchase these because it was recommended by a coworker. And man, do I regret it. After 4 hours being on my feet, my feet started killing me. All I can say is if you decide to purchase these good luck. I hope they work better on your feet then they did mines.

I love these shoes as they fit perfectly for my wide feet. But I finally had to get new insoles as that we flat as a pancake. Unfortunately they did not have any available earlier this year. Hopefully they will be available next year. Thank you. Praise the Lord Jesus!

Great pair of shoes. staying with them every time I order. Only issue for me is the heal foam wears out before the shoe.

These are very comfy for a work conditions shoe. In my opinion New Balance can't be beat for guys with larger feet like mine. They could have a little cushier insole, but this is personal preference as I am over 250 lb.
