I’m not sure how they classify this shoe as a “wide” width? There is plenty of room in the toe area, but the side of the foot (where the arch is), is extremely narrow. Not sure how you can make one part of the shoe wide and another so narrow? True to form, order at least a half size up. Style is cute, but you have to struggle a bit to get the heel on as it doesn’t loosen all that well.

I really fell in love with these shoes when I first saw them but after 3 days or moderate use, they are pretty much done for. I noticed that the fabric was kinda loose and almost unwinding but didn't think much of it until they started coming apart. They also felt a little small. I usually wear a 10.5 wide and I got an 11 this time and they definitely ran small. I had really high hopes but for my first time using zappos, I'm disappointed ?

Fit was fine but the arch support was just fair.

Very comfortable shoe, except that it feels like they've made the shoe shorter. I had a very similar pair which fit perfectly but with these my toes are up against the top of the shoe. I tried a half size up and still the same problem.

The fit and size were ok, but the style didn't work for me. I also found the material to be too thin and insubstantial.

Unfortunately these shoes did not work for me at all. Way too small for my feet. I’ve owned new balance shoes before and they used to be a lot wider but this shoe feels super narrow and just overall small.

Does not fit my foot, either my toe touches or the shoe is floppy, there is no in between. There is no tongue either so you will feel the laces digging into your foot. I love the base of the shoe, very comfortable but nothing is comfortable about a shoe that doesn't fit right. Oh well.

I have the cousin to this shoe, the NB Fuel Core Nergize. I love those shoes. I wanted a black pair but didn't like the black sole on that model, so I tried this one. This shoe runs wider and shorter than the Fuel Core. My size was too short and a bit wide and the next size up was way too wide. I wish NB would make them in narrows so I could get the next size larger to properly fit my foot.

These shoes are really cute and I had a pair of them previously. They run small but I had finally got the right size the last time so I ordered the same size as a replacement. They came and were way to small so I went up another half size and they were way too big. The sizing on this particular pattern is just off. I have other pairs in same shoe just different pattern and they are true to size….

I really wanted to like these shoes! But they had a weird layer of fabric or something under the instep that I felt with every step. I had planned to wear these shoes on outside walks and would definitely have had a problem. Very strange because I couldn’t see what was causing the problem but could sure feel it.

Shoe looks great and feels good - once you get it on. The back of the shoe lacks support/stiffness of any kind and the narrowness of the shoe makes it quite difficult to put on without stepping on the back of the shoe. I forgot there is no actual tongue to the shoe, and leaves are more decorative than functional, so there is no "give" when putting them on. I prefer New Balance shoes to others, but will not be recommending these to anyone - unless you've got extremely narrow feet and a good shoe horn.

These offered little to no support and were flimsy and cheap. I am returning-so disappointed, because they are so cute!

I ordered an 8W and they did not feel wide or long enough to fit comfortably. They also seem to be not as well made as another pair I was trying on that we’re also an 8w new balance that felt more true to size, seems inconsistent to have two pairs of the same brand and size fit so differently. Otherwise wish they fit because they look good.

These shoes are really cute and I wanted to love them but they are too small and they are sold out in the size up. I ordered my true size and think a half size larger would have worked better.

Cute but it’s at least one full size too small and I’m annoyed larger sizes are unavailable and now I need to go out of my way to return.

Ordered specifically a medium width and i received a wide width. Need to return, or exchange for the correct width

Width was good but not enough sole support on the foot pad area when walking. Very disappointed

I love this style. I have another pair, size 9 that fit perfect. This new pair I just got was too small. I’m sending them back and can’t get them in a bigger size, they’re not available, or out of stock.

I wanted to love these but they felt way too small. So small I'm not even going to try a larger pair. I'll wait till I find some in a store and try them on.
