I was looking for a trail/hiking type shoe for summer and winter. This pair covers all those bases. It's comfortable and fits well. The fit is more my size than another adidas hiking shoe I tried in the same size. I didn't need to size up. The style is subtle, but it's sleek and not bulky. It's too stiff to be a running shoe, but it would be good for hiking or casual wear.

Splash proof too, can walk through wet grass without wet feet

I did buy them for wet dog walks and for a bit more protection on fields etc, typically it hasn't really rained enough for me to offer a fuller appraisal on the waterproofing as yet.

Purchased these for walking in bad weather and so far I can't fault them. They're lightweight yet sturdy at the same time. They also look great so could be worn as an everyday day shoe. I went up half a size following advice on the website and they fit perfectly. Delivery was swift and hassle free.

I bought these in the hope they would do a number of things. Be good in the ice/snow - keep my feet dry - stay comfy on & off trail. They didn't disappoint on any front. I can easily switch from road to trail without noticing drops in performance whilst still retaining plenty of feel. Plenty of grip on mixed terrains which is perfect for my running environment. Also found the sizing to be perfect.

Walking through the ice and snow in Portland this weekend, the shoe has been wonderful. However, after 5 miles the shoe can be a little uncomfortable

Simply, it fits perfect on my foot, and the grip is beyond the expectations.

Took on board what others had said and went half a size larger than usual. Shoe itself is waterproof and warm. Was a little uncomfortable around the heel at the outset, but settled down after a few walks and is now all fine. Would recommend... great for dog walking !

Use these in the winter, offer great comfort and traction when walking or running.

The trainers are sturdy and comfortable, with an excellent grip.

After getting soaked I decided to purchase the goretex trail shoe. The website said they fit on the small side which was correct. Super shoe both for running or rambling and I would defo recommend it

I got these as a replacement for another pair of Terrex shoes that I used for work, and I'm fairly certain arent made anymore. I usually have a hard time getting the size right in the athletic shoes, but I've never had that problem with Terrex. The size was a perfect 8.5 like my previous pair, and the gore tex has already proved amazing! Wore them out to clean snow off my car and my feet were never cold and never wet like usual! They are also very breathable so my feet didn't even sweat a little! This is my first pair of gore tex shoes and it will not be my last. I may purchase a second pair of these in particular because they are so comfortable and look so good. Best bang for my buck I've had in some time! I will try out more as well, such as the high top shoes. Couldn't be more thrilled with these!

Overall nice shoes they are keeping your feet dry... ordered one size bigger an the fit is great.. used only for two days to my job as a postie and they've done really good job.. time will tell but for now I'm really happy with my purchase

Great shoe fits perfectly and comfy i have wide feet and unlike the other adidas they dont have the uncomfortable "sock tounge" so it flexible
