I'm so disappointed. When I first received it I was in love, but when I started looking at it more closely I fell out of love very fast. The white part of the leather appears to be painted on and with only holding it on my shoulder to see how the bag looks, it has already started flaking. It looks like dandruff flaking off onto the dark brown interior of the bag. I rubbed the white areas on the bag with my finger in different areas and pieces were coming off the bag. Just looking at the bag from afar it's absolutely gorgeous, but the quality isn't there.

This bag is much nicer than in the photo. I didn't like that the sides popped out at the top. Well, there's a zipper on each side that makes the bag less wide and gets rid of that weird flaring at the top. It's one of the most unique bags I have. The detail is incredible. This is going to be my go-to bag since it's the right size--not too big and not too small.

This bag rocks. It looks even better in person and is very cool. I got the darker colored option. I love the fact that it zips at the top but if you have the side zippers unzipped, there are spaces where things can fall out. I also wish there were more zippable (not a word?) inside pockets. There is only one that zips shut and a couple small open pockets. I knocked of a star in the “comfort” category for these reasons as well as the straps. The straps slip down a lot when the bag is unzipped. When all zipped up however, the straps stay put much better. I receive compliments all the time and I can tell this bag will age wonderfully given the high quality leather and dark color.

Nice quality leather; however did not get the color of bag I ordered. The bag I received was just brown. No white accents. Love the bag overall but wish I would have received the color I ordered.

This is a very funky and unique tote. I like that it is expandable, so that if I am going out for the day, it can accommodate an extra layer of clothing. It's also good for me, in that I can fit work and/or craft supplies in it.

This is a large tote. I purchased it a year ago and have carried it continuously-nearly every day. It has drawn compliments from strangers. Occasionally, I keep a smaller purse inside it for quick errands-then leave the large purse in my car. The leather is quality and has worn nicely. Very pleased.

After ordering at least 5 similar bags, this is the one I kept. It is the size I was looking for, long enough handles to easily slip over my shoulder, and a nice leather. I was on the fence with the Boho look, as I was wanting something a little more professional, but the shape and quality won me over.

I love this purse. I get so many compliments on this purse and would recommend it to anyone considering purchasing it!

Love. I had gotten away from bed stu shoes because of fit issues and I am happy to see them in the handbag game. The zipper across the top is key. And this bag is spacious enough as a carry-on tote bag for travel.

Received a different bag than what was pictured. Zappos you need to do better. Love Bed Stu though. All of their items are high quality.

This bag is beautiful. Lots of detailing and the side zippers really give it a nice style. My only complaint is that it would NOT stay on my shoulder. I tried to cross the straps over one another and it would still slide off. I am returning because I cannot justify the price for a bag that can only be hand or crook of the arm carried. Again the bag is beautiful and had the wonderful leather scent that all Bedstu seems to have. I was sad it didn't work out.

I was so disappointed. This bag was not even what I ordered. Wrong color. Wrong size. Looked like a knock off. I had to return it.
