Too big I needed a size 7

I just got these in black, and I love the way they look and feel - but I can't walk in them! They just keep falling off my feet. I've adjusted and readjusted the strap, but it doesn't seem to make a difference. They're very solid and feel just like my Ugg boots, which I love. But they are also heavy and a little slippery (despite the suede foot bed), so when I take a step, I walk right out of the shoe. Over and over again. I don't think there's anything I can do to fix it, so the shoes have to go back. I was surprised when I read the reviews to see that no one else was having this issue.

I had to return these slides because it gave me blisters and the like felt to uncomfortable.
