There is a piece of material inside/top of the shoe that is uneven between shoes. Th left side cover the top of the foot, while th right side does not. Very uncomfortable feeling when walking.

These shoes are adorable, but they run big and the fit is odd. My heels slipped out of my regular size. I also tried a half size down and they were too tight at the front and my heel slipped out of that size as well. I decided to try the Neutra since it's essentially the same style but with the built in sock and it's a better fit. Just wish the UGG logo wasn't so prominent.

Very uncomforable the lining on the inside of the shoe digs in the top of your foot. The material you can not wipe off when dirty. The stretch strap across the top of your foot is too tight and not adjustable. Wouldn't buy again

Cute shoes! Felt like marshmellows when I first put them on walking around my house- so comfy. Went for a walk thinking they would be wonderful and by the time I got back home I had the biggest bloody blister on my upper heal. Sorry I threw the box away, now I can't return.
