I love this dress! I own six of the Adella slip dresses and one Adella bra, and when I saw this dark red color I had to snap it up. The current sale price is a steal of a deal so don't hesitate! It fits just like the dresses and the bra - enough support that I can go without a bra underneath, and easy to dress up or down. I'm only 5'3" so I was a bit on the fence about the length and the hem just barely touches the floor when I'm barefoot, so it will be fine in shoes.

I love this dress! I’m only 5’ tall 105lbs and was sure it would be way too long when it arrived. Without shoes, the longest parts of the hem drag on the floor a bit. With 3” wedges, the longest parts just barely graze the floor. I ordered the turquoise XS and the lace upper sits flat on my chest and the rest flows beautifully from there.

True to size

This is a FAKE free people dress. I have the identical dress in navy blue (purchased from a free people store) and this one does not have any authentic tags (only one sketchy tag with an “s” for small sewn in on on the inside). The material is much rougher than the authentic dress and stitches and seams are falling off everywhere on this dress. Additionally, the tag on the inside (the one that identifies it’s not real free people), says it’s a size small when I ordered a size medium and the price tag ago says size medium. DO NOT BUY!

I think it’s knock off free people- has “free people” purchase tag but nothing sewn in inside per the same free people dress from the store. A sketchy “small” label was sewn into the dress when the “free people” price tag says medium (I ordered a medium). Also, there are strings hanging everywhere throughout the dress, like it’s already falling apart. DO NOT BUY!

Love this dress! The girls look fabulous and it fits in all of the right places. Material is soft and comfortable.

This is a beautifully detailed dress; I highly recommend purchasing! Perfect to dress up, or down. Not sure that it would work for anyone with a larger chest, but it’s great for those who are smaller-chested. Also, it’s very flattering and can work with any figure.

Love this dress. It is comfortable to wear & looks sexy on. It fits true to size and has adjustable back straps to get the perfect fit. The dress feels beautiful on and the skirt portion floes nicely when you walk. Perfect for a dinner date!

This dress was beautiful. I have a ton of the Adella bras and I really wanted this dress. However, after getting it, I realized it was too formal for casual wear. Definitely for a more semi-formal or date, this would be perfect!!!

I love this dress! Bought dark red. Wore it to an October wedding that happened to be a 70* day. I did have for the evening to leave in a Betsey Johnson cropped leopard print coat The top is so flattering for one who is small busted. The slip flows perfectly with a little flirt as you move. The only complaint is that it was a little too long for my 5’2” height plus 3” heels. I just gathered part of the skirt in my hand when I walked. I also bought Adella in a mini slip dress and (2) camis, in black and in white.

This is an awesome dress, but was a LOT more revealing than I expected. I’m usually a size 4 with a 32DD chest, and there was way too much chest showing with this dress! It looked fantastic, but I’d be uncomfortable wearing it out of the house (and I don’t usually mind showing a bit of skin) unless the dress code of your destination is “super over-the-top sexy”!

Everything but the top fit, the top has no stretch in it at all...seems as though it was designed for an A cup. If you have large breasts, like a tight fitting bra and your breasts up to your chin this is your dress. I'm 5'11" 34DD, large was perfect in everything but the top.

Pretty sure this isn’t really Free People, like some reviews stayed. It’s STUNNING, but the quality is so poor. Threads coming out everywhere, snags in the skirt. Lace on the neckline ripped after an hour of wear. I am so disappointed because it is a stunning dress but I have to return it because it is so poorly put together.
