Both felt as if something was very ragged on the inside below laces. Left side worse than the right. Must be a defect of the whole lot.

The shoes was very long. About a whole size bigger. The grommets felt like they were rubbing. The rest of the shoes felt fine and they are realky cute. Have to return because they are way to big.

There is a seam over the eyelets for the shoestrings and it rubs on the tops of both feet. OUCH! I sure wanted them to work!

I have an older version of this same style that I loved, but this version is very stiff and uncomfortable. It's like they have switched the inner materials to something of less quality. It definitely doesn't have the arch support my old ones do. Because I stand most of the day at my job, there is no way I would last in these. Super disappointed! I went with a Taos sneaker instead.

I am returning them. This style squeezes the bone on the big toe (sorry not medical term). Last time I started wearing the show and didn't realize and had to keep it take out the sole which defeats the purpose of getting Keens. I am going to get the other one that isn't Elsa and see if that one fits better.

These shoes are super cute. I wear a size 10 and got a size 9.5. The reviews I read said they ran large. They were super uncomfortable. Length wise they fit well, but the upper inside of the shoe created unbearable pressure and I couldn’t wear them after an hour. Really disappointing. I also felt the soul of the shoe was made out of cheap material. Keen can do better.
