Ordinarily I buy an 8.5 in any Keen style, and did the same this time as well. I could have gotten away with an 8 in this style; the toe is perfect but the heel is about 1/2 inch too long and while the 8 may have been snug, with a leather upper and leather/cork footbed, it would have molded to my foot in no time. That being said, they are ridiculously comfy and highly recommend them on that criteria alone. They're a little on the chunky side, but I expect that from Keen.

Very nice, cute and comfortable. I’m keeping these along with the Lana z strap model (is it weird to have more than one pair of black sandals?) I would have liked red or blue as color options. I bought black. I wear an 8 or 8.5 and the 8.5 fit.

This is a beautiful, well made sandal. My problem is that, at 13oz, they are heavier than I’m used to. The Easy Spirit sandals that I’m trading them for are only 5oz. I really hate to send them back, but I must?

I'm very happy with my sandals. I ordered 9.5 medium, my usual size in Keens. I need shoes with a wider toe box and the Lana Cross Strap sandal fits me perfectly. As for length, I looked at the video to compare how my shoes fit vs the model's. Mine fit just a little bit shorter than those on the model (mine have a little bit less foot bed showing behind my heel) but I prefer the way mine fit. They were comfortable right away. The heel strap does not slip or bind. The leather (tan) is very nice. Yeah, they could be described as a little chunky but I think they're cute!

Too big. Very loose at heel I had to return. Beautiful sandal. Soft and well made. I may order a half size smaller to try again

This is a cute style sandal, very hung up on the cross-over style. Disappointed in the lack of arch support. I am a true 81/2 and the best size for me is an 8,

Very comfortable after wearing out several times. I have very wide feet and need support. The arch isn't so high, but they still support and feel great.

So disappointed. This shoe was not the Keen shoe I expected. There is almost no arch support and the shoe felt just floppy on my foot. I get Keen shoes for the support and this shoe has none. Returning.

Bought them for my mom and she absolutely loves them. She says they are true to size and extremely comfy!

I LOVE these. Feet on the wider side and these are comfortable right out of the box. Great with shorts or a jean skirt or jeans. Nicer looking than most Teva, Chaco or Keens

So cute! A great upgrade from flip-flops in the summer. I did need a few wearings to break them in, but now, they are very comfortable. Would recommend for sure!

This is an update to my review below. With regards to the fit, I watched the video attached to this item and saw that the model had the same room in the heel as I noted in my earlier review. So it appears I bought the correct size after all and fits as the design intended. Three cheers to Keen for consistency in sizing. :-)

Had my eye on these for a while and ordered when they went on sale, along with another, similar leather keen sandal. So wanted for them to work. Sadly, while they are a good solid shoe with nice leather and design, the foot bed just doesn't have the support I need. My feet could tolerate a short while in the sandal, but not a long day of standing or much walking. I've worn Keens for a while, and have always found them to be a good shoe, but I have noticed a change in their fit recently; inconsistent and little to no arch support compared to previous. Will return these.

Even though the length of the shoe is the right size, the back strap is a little short. The toe area is a bit too wide, which might make these uncomfortable to walk in for a long period of time, which is typically one of the best things about a Keen sandal. I think the arch support is OK, but have not actually worn these anywhere due to Stay-At-Home rules, other than walking across the kitchen to try them on for size.

It’s a very nice looking shoe. It is heavy for a summer sandal. I also didn’t love how the heel strap pushed my foot forward. Too loose and my foot fell out. Too tight and my foot got push out at the top. Other than the one buckle at the ankle there is no way to tighten it up. I’m very hard on my shoes and I could tell that getting them resoled would be a problem or impossible. Just not the shoe for me sadly and sent back. I generally like keens so I’m pretty sad that these aren’t sticking around
