I have narrow feet with a high arch and high instep. Comfortable and good-looking shoes are HARD to find for me. The elastic straps fit my feet perfectly and they are comfortable shoes. I'm glad I ordered them.

These fit perfectly and were really comfortable. I can see them feeling hot under the straps when the temperatures are higher, though. I didn't end up liking them as much on myself as on some of the photos I'd seen, so I sent them back in search of a different style.

These are so comfortable and cute! i love the multicolors and cushy feel.

These were not as comfortable or supportive as expected, also not great looking. Returning.

I wanted to love these, because they look really cute on other people, but apparently I have fat feet. The elastic bands squish my foot meat in unattractive ways. Additionally, one of the shoes had little nibs all over the footbed —a tiny but maddening manufacturing defect—which made it feel like I was walking on grit. Returned.

I am obsessed with these sandals! It’s so hard to find a sandal that fits my feet just right with my size (size 11) and that I can wear all day without the worry of it rubbing my feet raw in some place. I already have a pair of keen boots and loved the great arch support. So I was excited to give them a try and I’m so glad I spent that little extra for something my feet are already thanking me for! Plus they are super cute with the fun colors, I will definitely be purchasing more in a different color!

Cute and comfortable sandal. Had to send back because strap rubs my bunion, and footbed made my feet sweaty.

I loved these sandals. I longed to keep them. The fit was terrific and felt secure on my size 11 low-volume feet, the arch support fabulous, the multi-colored look so cute. Unfortunately I have arthritis in one big toe joint (Hallux limitus), and the toe strap, while secure and comfortable at first, turned out to lie just a little too far forward to support the bad joint, and after wearing them in the house for a while I had to take them off, and my foot ached for hours. So sad! But these are great sandals, and whatever your foot issues (other than having wide &/or chunky feet I suppose) they are worth a try.

Ran big

I am a 9 wide in Brooks sneakers and an 8.5 regular in Skechers Go Walk. I used the keen site to calculate size and they said 9. They were correct; the 9 fit length wise (with some sandal showing) but my left foot is a touch wider than my right and I felt like that one side was too tight. The multi color is really cute so I am disappointed my foot is too wide. The footbed was soft and comfy.

I was pleasantly surprised the sandals fit so well. Since the elastic banding can't be adjusted I thought one or more of the bands would be to loose. But no they were snug and my feet felt secure. The footbed had plenty of support and I bought the sage green one for more of a neutral color. I love Keen's but not all styles fit me as well as these do.

True to size & width with excellent arch support. Too bad my hammer toe is so hideous ? Would have kept them otherwise.

I can't wait for warm weather so I can wear these! They're soft on the heel strap and very comfortable to walk around the house in. I wear and 8 in sneakers and 7.5 in sandals and went with 7.5 here and they were perfect. The only thing I'd change is the heel strap is very stretchy which seems like it might make the heel slap the shoe when walking.

These are my second pair of Keen Elle Backstrap shoes. One achilles tendon has been surgically repaired, the other needs TLC and these shoes are a pleasure and comfort to wear, even all day. One of my friends who has NO foot problems wears them too and loves them. Worth every penny.

Such a great shoe, I bought it in olive and black! Zappos had my size! Woohoo!

I have a hard time finding sandals for my narrow feet these fit great & since they are stretchy they would fit anyone!

Love the look of these sandals but they hit my bunion in just the wrong place. Unfortunately, I must return them.

The shoes fit perfectly and I was able to wear them without any break in period. I have neuropathy in my feet and do not find that many shoes that are comfortable for me. These stretch to fit - a little tight going on but then - it is a perfect fit and comfortable to walk and stand in. The only other shoes that have been comfortable for me are certain styles of Naots and Crocs.

These are lightweight and comfortable. I was surprised that when you walk, they make noises like a flip flop. I wear Dankso 41 and the 10.5 in keen fit me perfectly. I went for the green color to dress it up a little to go with cotton beach dresses. Overall a very good purchase.

I have been looking for a comfortable sandal with elastic straps and these are THEM!! Love them as they fit so nicely !!

Shoes are comfortable. Wish they were a little more stylish, but for me comfort is key.

I love these sandals! I like how the foot bed fits my wider foot perfectly. The straps are great - not too loose or too tight. the sole is just the right height for what I am comfortable in. This my third pair of Keen brand sandals, and I recommend them for comfort. I bought the dusty olive. Very pleased with my purchase.

These are fantastic if, like me, you have a high instep and a wide forefoot. I have never had a pair of summer sandals so comfortable. Plus they are on-trend and quite nice looking. Highly recommend!

These are such cute shoes and were wonderful arch support. The reason I returned them is that I have a wide foot so did not fit me right across the toes. So wish they would have as were so comfortable otherwise...
