I'm really irrated with Keen for basically just renaming their Bali sandal. The sandal upper is cut so low it is hard to keep on your foot if you are doing much walking. Also your baby toe sticks out one of the openings created with the crisscross design.

Have been looking for replacement for Keen whisper slide since discontinued. Love this shoe! Carefree materials (cleanup easy) and color similar if not identical. Slightly less bulky than whisper slide. Only problem I now need it is black too. ? plus navy type blue in future would be nice.

I love this shoe. It’s soft and comfortable. It stays on with no effort. The arch support is perfect. I need arch support and this is perfect. The shoe bends with you so there’s no slap on your foot. I really recommend it it.

The Keen Kira Mule is simply the Keen Bali with some extra fabric at the toe box. The Bali had nothing but positive reviews but someone at Keen had the idea they need to change a great sandal. The extra piece of material not only makes the toe area look odd but it also causes your foot to be warmer because the heat of your feet does not escape. Zappos did a great job of getting me the sandal very fast so they get 5 stars but Keen needs to leave well enough alone. Keen gets 2 stars.

Love the color of the straps-the flower straps are a great color. The sandals are stylish and provide good toe coverage. Unsure if I’ll keep them because they’re an odd fit. They’re a little tight and the top of the sandal is almost too short. Like it doesn’t come far enough up my foot so if it did stretch I’m afraid they’d come off my foot.

Perfect!! Extremely comfortable. Looks great, too. Love 'em.

Not a good fit for me. After walking around in house decided I like a heel strap for walking ease. Felt like I was walking out of them.

Love these shoes! I was looking for a quick slip-on (with nothing between the toes and no Velcro or heel strap) that is good for walking and water. Crocs never really work for me since I’m a 10.5. These shoes are very cute and comfy. The 10.5 is a good fit. The straps are a bit stiff at first, but they are breaking in. I got these just before a lake house vacation and they are good for walking and getting a canoe in water. No problem keeping them on my feet. Good for city walking and gardening. Recommend!

I have several pairs of Keens and have worn them for years. The Kira mule runs big - I ordered a 9 (which I usually wear an a Keen) and had to return them and get an 8.5. The smaller size is perfect. The straps are fabric and very soft. This is a comfortable, cute slip on sandal!

I have found all the shoes from Keen fit the same for me! My tried and true summer shoes!!

Shoe was very wide and loose, surely to stretch more over time.

Love this shoe. Will probably order another pair. Very comfortable plus I like the way it covers my toes.

Fit as decsribed. I have wide feet ordered 1/2 up and the shoes fit perfect!

The footbed was too long. Very strange, because Keen's usually fit me right out of the box. LOVE the styling but had to send it back.

foot bed/arch support is great as in all the Keens I've bought (many). This one feels wider and the straps over the instep feel lose which is unusual for me since I have a high instep (area on top of the foot above the arch.

I ordered my usual size and there was easily an extra couple inches. I would say this is more like 2 full sizes too big.

Expected to keep this shoe out of the box as I have any other Keen shoes I have bought from Zappos. Style is just TOO CUTE. To my surprise, the shoes are about 1/2 size too large. Sending them back. Haven't decided yet whether to try them in a smaller size.

I have bought Keen Bali for years and loved them. Saw this was a variation on Bali so expected to love it too. When I received the shoes I smelled an odor coming from the box. I opened the outer box and the smell was stronger. When I opened the shoe box, the odor just about knocked me out! I quickly put them out on my balcony and left them there for 24 hrs. Didn't help. I next tried washing them with baking soda to remove odor. Still had strong smell so am returning a shoe that otherwise I liked. Don't expect to buy shoes that have overpowering and possibly harmful smell! Thumbs down for Keen. Zappos delivered quickly.

I’m so disappointed in these shoes. I had a pair years ago that were absolutely the best ever. I thought these were going to be a good replacement because I wore the others out. These did not work. They are cheaply made and flimsy. Not up to Keen standards at all.

I have a mule from Keen that I probably probably 7-8 years ago. I really need to replace them. This is the second time I have tried the replacement style. The straps across the top were just uncomfortable. I'm so sad that I have to send them back.

I have other Keen sandals similar in style but this sandal is too wide and loose. The fabric does not seem to make tight enough to stay on.

These are my 5th pair of Keen sandals. I can't live without them. I even wear them in winter with thin merino wool socks. Love the color. I always get compliments when I wear them and I'm asked where I bought them.

I am liking this shoe a lot, right from day 1. I wanted a slip-on with front closed with sturdy enough material to handle my toes/nails. Very pleased with the arch support---wore them 2 days straight with considerable walking, and my needy arches never complained. Great construction and materials. Also happy that they had a size 5 in this sandal----those are hard to find!
