I filtered the website for Extra Wide shoes in my size. The Selmen-Enago style came up and I thumbed through the color choices. I landed on the Olive and since my size was highlighted, I purchased them. They came through and were definitely not the full width I needed. I went back to the website realized not all the color choices came in Extra Wide. I was so disappointed because the Olive was such an outstanding color. In retrospect, I would be more careful next time BUT why didn't the website filter that choice out as it filtered other styles?

I'm a 9 4E. I bought a 9.5 Extra Wide. Apparently the "relaxed fit" means "cankle-fit" yet the toe box is crushing my pinky toe and feels short front-to-back.
For reference, New Balance 990s fit perfectly.
With the rubber on the toe box, it's possible there's break-in space available but you shouldn't have to get a blister to wear your shoes

I love the look of this shoes but the fit is odd. It hits below my my ankle bone on the instep side and rubs against my foot. It would be painful very soon!

They look good.
Having said that, I didn't notice at first, but with every step, the fabric creases and rubs my instep, yet only on right shoe. Stiff plastic ribbing design looks good, but is stiff in motion. They're also way too roomy even with proper socks, and having chosen proper sizing.
I would just send them back but I'm now overseas and won't be back in the States until next year. I'll try and contact Sketchers and hope they can make some accommodation considering I've bought many other shoes.

Nice looking shoe, but it was just too big, despite prescription inserts placed inside. I would have reordered a smaller size, but did not have sufficient time to break them in prior to BIG hike.

I ordered shoes 1/2 size larger than I have in the past to account for the thicker socks I wear and to give extra toe room. This pair fits good on the left foot, but the right shoe is too large and my heel slips during walking. That's just the opposite of what I expected, since my right foot is normally the one with pinched toe space from other shoes I've bought. And, I didn't realize these shoes are waterproof and that makes them very hot to wear during warm weather. They will be OK during the colder months, but will likely sit in the closet the rest of the spring and summer. Don't know how I missed the waterproof feature when ordering. Finally, there is absolutely no arch support for my feet. Overall, I am disappointed, but the blame rests mostly with me.

The fit and size is great on these as long as you don't walk in them. The 'leather' parts on the shoe near the bend of the pinky toe digs into your feet when you walk. I have worn them every day for a week trying to break them in and no such luck. I've only gotten aching feet from attempting to break them in. I unfortunately, can't return them now that I have worn them outside thinking I could break them in. I am a huge Skechers fan, as they are usually the most comfortable shoes. This is the first pair of skechers I've ever had that hurt my feet.

Wear everyday for walking and cycling, shoe is a bit heavy but very comfortable. Hope it does not wear out as fast as the last pair I purchased but design is different on this shoe from last pair

I am some what new to Sketchers and didn't have a clear understanding of their different sizing options. I was Extremely excited to find that Sketchers made so many cool and functional shoes in extra wide widths that fit my size 13 4E feet. What I didn't know and was not made clear to me on their website was that when Extra Wide and Relaxed Fit were combined in the same shoe it made the shoe fit a little bit bigger and looser that a 13 Extra Wide. It changed my fit enough to make the fit of a 13 Extra Wide feel sloppy and my heel to pull up when walking.
Hey sketchers how about making a light weight camo waterproof archery hunting 7-8" boot for under $100 you could find a whole new market and customers for your great line of shoes.

First pair of Sketchres and was expecting a very comfortable shoe with great support but I was very disappointed. No cushion, like standing on concrete all day. Shoes are waterproof however and have kept the water out.

As a guy with super-wide feet, I was excited to see these waterproof sneakers in the relaxed fit extra-wide size. I have several pairs of Sketchers sneakers in that size, without the waterproof feature. Unfortunately, when I tried these on I was disappointed that they are significantly narrower on the inside. I assume this is because the waterproof material is less stretchy than the others.
So, I can't recommend them to anyway with very wide feet.

These felt tight across the instep. On the box these shoes are referred to incorrectly as "Extra Wide", which they are definitely not. If they are EE width, that is "Wide" and not "Extra Wide" which is 4E.
Also, they are hard against the bottom of my foot, with only a thin layer of weak "memory foam" covering a very hard base.

These shoes look great, but I've had 2 drawbacks. After wearing them 5 days a week for work, the insole has completely fallen apart after about a month. The memory foam is shredding under the balls of my feet. They are waterproof, but the drawback is they hold all foot sweat in and my feet are drenched after a couple hours. If I had it to do over again, I wouldn't buy the waterproof version. I'd pick something breatheable.

Bought these in April 2022 for a 3 month trip to France (July -Sept) After 60 days insoles broke down, tops coming apart at flexpoint behind toes. Since I bought them several weeks prior to going to France the warranty expired and cannot return them. Any shoe will last for a 3 month warranty period. I am turned off to Sketchers now.
