Dark is not black. It blue. I was told it was black. I want to return this.

The color I received does not match what I ordered. I thought it was going to be more light grey, but the jacked I received was green.

I just received the 'Wet Stone' colour and it is totally different from the pictures. The picture showcases a more white/light grey color but the actual product is green. I checked the style number on the tag and the order receipt and it aligns with the style number on the product page on the website so either the website photos are off or maybe this product is incorrectly tagged in the inventory. I want to exchange this for the actual light grey color or return this jack if light grey is unavaiable.

I bought this jacket 14 months ago and the zipper failed!! I cleaned the jacket per the instructions, then sent it back to have it repair. MH sent it back to me stating I hadn't cleaned it. This will be last item I ever buy from them.

I bought this jacket in 2018 and used it on the PCT, and not a lot since then as I am in Mexico now. This week, 11.01.2022, the main zipper finally failed. You can zip it up to the top, but the jacket will open below the zip thing. Now I have to buy a sewing machine and watch youtube videos for hours to be able to replace the zip. Also the XL size fits an elephant width wise. I can hide a sixpack inside the jacket! There are also tall slim people! For this price, the jacket should last a life time. I am unable to say "otherwise ok" because without the zip the jacket turns into garbage. The logo came off right at the beginning. I personally don't care about the logo, but think of all the cool pictures of myself in cool places with a jacket without a logo! It would be cool if you would repair/replace it!

For the cost of this jacket, I was surprise to find the bottom of the zipper breaking after a few wears. If I bend over while wearing this jacket, the zipper breaks at the bottom and I have to completely unzip and then fiddle with the zipper to get it realigned. Very surprised by this poor quality zipper!
